this flat was spacious and had great facilities for our group, it was in a great area of blackpool for easy access to parking and all the attractions. The owners communicated well. the flat was well furnished and had space for us all to stay comfortably. the bathrooms were lovely.

When arriving, the flat had a very strong unpleasant smell that stuck for our whole stay no matter how many windows we opened or how much air freshener we used, it smelled like dog food. The only downside to our stay was the cleanliness, based off of other reviews I am not sure if this is a consistent issue or not. some of the pillows were bloodstained, the cups/dishware still had bits of food on them, and all of the bedroom drawers had crumbs and hair inside, one of the blinds was also broken off and placed in the bedside cabinet drawer.

Great location with parking oposite at a decent rate. Fresh bedsheets and towels. Good equipment in apartment, cot provided (tad dirty tho) sea view from top floor. Close to all amenities.

Needs some tlc, attention to detail, mucky stains on carpet and chairs. Random hoover and beds throw in corner of room. Dirty windows. Broken draw handles and holes in wall for the door to fit. Could be really really nice apartment with some tlc.

The location is a short walk to the beach. This makes it a good location. The apartment was clean and spacious. The second shower was loose, it need screwing back on the wall. not a major inconvenience though.

Great place to stay very close to town perfect had everything we needed for our stay

The location is good for the North end of town and Tower, and links to buses and the tram. Check in was easy, communication was good. Bathrooms were nice as well.

The property is tired: stained carpets, stained towels. The write up says parking was available, but it’s actually just a Council car park opposite, which fills up quick. 2 days’ parking was £22. Also, the blinds do nothing, so we were up at the crack of dawn.

Easy and accessible, staff extremely helpful.

Quite afew repairs needed doing but down to previous residents.

The location was great.near to everything .good for me due to poor mobility.near to the shops if you ran out of anything.nice views the rooms are nice and big

Just one small thing .the oven tops didn't work. But that's was it .

Lovely big apartment, the price i got it at was great, loved how there was 2 bathrooms, lovely and clean, had all the facilities that was needed. Also the location was perfect, close to the town and everything else, and its great how there was wifi there and i could go on netflix and youtube, i carrired on watching my shows.

Nothing everything was perfect, just it was bang out of order how my so called friend left in the morning and never even told me!! Her partner turned up so i thought she'd go, but she left without even telling me and she had the keys on her, so im really sorry about that.

The Location of the property being close to the central pier plus the house was spotlessly clean including the ensuite and both bathrooms with shower gel & shampoo provided along fresh towels in both bedrooms

The WiFi was slow kept disconnecting

The apartment was clean and the bed very comfortable and the location was absolutely perfect

Not sure what was going on with the wifi but it was on and off with my partner's phone but wouldn't link at all with mine. We had to go outside the apartment to Google where to go and see each day as my 4g wouldn't even work well enough either.

Comfy beds nice showers clean and a great base to look around Blackpool.

Only one mug in the flat there was plenty glasses and all the other things like plates but two mugs would have been better.

Loved how close this was to the tower and coral island and the shops

A noisy person in the room above waking us all one of the nights at 4 am . How ever this is not reflection on the apartment it’s self

The apartment bedroom was done well, good bedding & towels.

The area is extremely run down with graffiti on the outside door way. Disgusting marks on the hallway carpet all the way up to the apartment. The windows are single glazed so quite noisy & the door has a small lock. The sofa also had marks on it. Its definitely not worth the money & I'd never stay again.

the location was good . large property. heaters stationed everywhere to heat the rooms up. beds comfy

could be doing with a upgrade. couple hours work is all it wd take . blinds in room falling off, hole on the worktop, carpet in living room threaded into the kitchen. wifi terrible could do with another couch in the living room (plenty room) no wifi code and tried to call the number but no answer till lunch time next day but we needed it for our fire stick for the football !
