Outside space

The apartment was very cosy and well equipped. The decor is stylish and contemporary throughout. Milk in the fridge and basket of snacks were a nice touch. It is situated on a short steep hill but easily accessible and parking wasn’t a problem. Short walk to town centre and harbour you can access a short cut through a side gate which has a code lock.

Bed was quite short if you’re taller than 5-10. Also water flow to the bath was extremely slow and also fluctuated in the shower.

The apartment was lovely spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything you will need.

The apartment is absolutely fantastic! Very modern and stylish. Very cosy and warm. All the amenities you could hope for, and more. Excellent location. Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. Excellent cot for the baby. Even had a baby bath there to use as well. Welcome gifts including premium crisps, chocolate and biscuits, milk, washing up liquid etc. Hand wash and other toiletries, all ready and waiting. Comfy beds with excellent pillows and warm cosy duvets. Comfortable sofa and decent TV. A drawer full of dvds and blu rays, including brand new films to watch. Excellent WiFi throughout. A little gem in a lovely town. Communication from Mia was fantastic, and always responds instantly through the messaging on Booking.com. We travel to Brixham a few times a year and usually stay in a caravan, but this will be my first choice from now on. Thank you for a lovely stay, it genuinely couldn't have been any better.

Although I was generously given a parking space for another apartment, I feel if this wasn't available, parking would be quite difficult close to the apartment.

Location was excellent; very close to the harbour and minimal uphill walking required ( a rare bonus in Brixham).

Mia did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Lovely little extras such as Sanctuary toiletries welcome pack of milk cookies chocolates and crisps. Very well equipped kitchen. Newly decorated very modern and comfortable

Ground floor apartment which as a consequence was rather noisy.

The apartment is ideally situated - with an easy walk down into the town. The apartment is clean, compact and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable.

Unfortunately, access is a little difficult. We were lucky in that we were able to park in apartment 4's parking bay (we had to pay extra) otherwise on street parking seemed to be very hard to find.

Decorated and equipped to a high standard. Very clean and good communication with host. Walking distance to the harbour, shops, bars and restaurants. Host was very helpful and friendly and made sure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend it. 😁.

Lovely modern and well decorated apartment. Really appreciate the little touches like snacks and milk left for us on our arrival. Mia was lovely.. really great communication and extremely accomodating. Would most definitely recommend and hopefully return for furure visits to Brixham.

Not ideal for those who can't cope with steep hills but it didn't bother us. Have no real negative comments about the property at all.

Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival and 5 mins from Brixham Town & Harbour. Mia was very helpful and a great host. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Loved the apartment. Very modern. great location. The apartment had everything you needed. Milk in the fridge on arrival which was perfect a long with a few more treats which is a lovely thought. Really cosy place and we all loved it. Great value for money!!! We will definitely be back. Just perfect. 10/10.

Nothing at all that we didn’t like about the apartment. Everything was just perfect. Just one thing I would suggest is maybe getting a fan. We had to go buy one but we understand we did come on a very hot week!

Great apartment, looks like new, plenty of high quality toiletries plus a goody bag of chocolate and crisps. Milk in the fridge.

Brixham is hilly. Make sure your car handbrake works

Apartment was perfect for our needs, spoltlessy clean with lovely touches such as a welcome box with coffee, biscuits and chocolate and supplies of shower gel etc in the bathroom. Prime location within easy walking distance of Brixham Town centre and the Harbour area.

Absolutely loved this gorgeous apartment with lovely luxury soaps & shampoos. The host had put loads of extra little touches to welcome us eg Milk in fridge, some welcome snacks 😃 Loved that we could park the car nearby for free & then could easily walk into Brixham.

Nothing we didn’t like at all.

Well equipped with little personal touches - my children loved the biscuits and chocolate.

Has everything you need for a getaway to the coast. Very quiet location and only a 10 minute walk to the harbour. Perfect ✌🏻

fabulous little find and would recommend to anyone wanting a personal touch. milk orange juice biscuits and tea and coffee were supplied. everything you need including tea towels were available and it’s those little things that make an amazing stay
