What a great house. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Lots of places to hang out and relax. We loved the pool table, the putting green and the spacious kitchen and living room. Rooms were big and plenty big enough for our group. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was great! Tons of room and awesome back yard to hang out in the evening! The location is perfect for a golf trip. It allowed us to have many course options without having to drive far. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed with 3 other friends and their sons at the Beverly House for an extended trip including golf and a hockey tournament. The house was perfect. Plenty of room and activities to keep both the parents and boys entertained. Played hours of billiards which was a hit with the boys. Hot tub was great and pool was heated to a perfect temp for January. Location was also great. Would definitely recommend.

Had an Amazing time at the property with our large family. Everything went smooth and they were very accommodating with some of our requests. The kids never got bored and spent hours swimming in the heated pool. Definitely plan on recommending to friends and heading back someday.

This was an A+ property from top to bottom. Great location, great size and amenities. Fantastic communication from the host ad check-in/check out was an absolute breeze. The house itself was stunning and the space was amazing. Pool was warm enough so we could swim at night and the hot tub was a loved feature too. If you’re debating between a few places like we were, this one will not disappoint!

Perfect home for all ages
We loved our stay at this home. The host was great at communicating. The home had everything we could need for 5 families. The teens loved the pool and indoor activities. The location was ideal for shopping, entertainment, and a very safe neighborhood with plenty of parking.

Property was clean, in great condition,

Great stay!
We had a lot of fun in this spacious home. There are 2 living rooms and 2 dining areas which accommodated our family of 14. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and putting green outdoors, and the pool table and other games indoors. Beds were comfortable!

Perfect location!
We loved every minute of our stay at this property. From meeting the host on location, she was so friendly and helpful, the house was extremely clean, stocked with everything you’d need. There was so much entertainment at the house our group didn’t even leave the entire weekend. It was our own Oasis with the heated pool, hot tub, putt putt course, all the indoor games. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. We had quite a large group but never felt on top of each other at any point. We will for sure use this rental for our annual Scottsdale trip next year as it was the perfect set up!

Bachelorette Weekend
A full length mirror in each room would have been nice! The front door area was very dark, I think the bulb was burned out or else we could not find a switch. The fire pit propane tank was empty and I have never exchanged one before so I did not do that as I was nervous! Maureen was very accommodating. I would consider renting this property again, great location .

Perfect stay for golf getaway
From the moment of booking, the entire management team was extremely communicative and accommodating. Check in was safe and simple, and the house was better than advertised. Everything was clean and in good condition. We especially enjoyed our time in the pool after a hot day on the golf course. Close to the best golf courses in town, there was nothing not to like about the property. Our group will definitely consider renting this house again next time we are in town!

Nice property
The property is decent but dated. Floors are a bit rough, some of the doors don’t close or lock properly and the master bath has very poor lighting. There were some electrical issues and the outside/pool lighting didn’t work at all. House layout is really nice and the owner/ house manager are fantastic. Towels and linens were rather limited.

Boy Golf Trip
The location of the property is ideal, as it is close to shopping and all the top golf courses we had planned to play. The house was amazing and spacious, as we had a large group of guys (15) which was perfect. The house was extremely clean and in great condition! The neighborhood is very nice, but obviously they do not appreciate rentals, as we got there the first day there were signs on many houses showing their dislike for rentals. A group of our friends told us some neighbors had taken pictures of them as they arrived to the house. We are used to this, as a similar campaign is present in the South Lake Tahoe area. Outside of the initial photo op, we never felt uncomfortable being in the property during our state (5 days).
The property management that assisted us were great, as they were always available when needed. Overall, five-star rating for this property and would stay here again in the future!

Great house for our buddies golf trip. Lots of beds and entertainment options throughout the property. Kitchen had what we needed and the proximity to the golf courses made for a great central location.

We had an amazing stay! The property owners were readily available as needed. The house was clean and updated. The kitchen and pantry were stocked with essentials which saved us a lot of trips to the grocery store. I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous property!
Our group of 10 friends could not have been happier with this house for our ladies’ getaway. Plenty of comfy beds, towels, and fun things to do! The house was clean and spacious; we never felt like we were on top of each other. Mike warmed the pool up for us, as the weather was not the greatest, and it was perfect! The hot tub fit us ALL at one point, and was a great spot for good conversation. Any issues we had were resolved quickly, and the management was quick to respond to any questions we had. It was a wonderful trip, and we were so thankful to have chosen this great house! Thanks Mike & Maureen!

Beautiful Home & Helpful Owners
We had a group come in for a birthday celebration and stayed at this property for several days. The home was extremely clean and the kitchen is absolutely amazing, we probably spent a majority of our time there and in the pool.
There were a few things that happened that were an inconvenience through-out our time there but it was never anything major that ruined our trip and it was very obvious that other groups hadn’t followed the check-out instructions and been upfront with the owner Mike about this. I can say this with confidence because we were open with him and that same day of leaving I was contacted by Mike about what we had written and he was very kind and thankful that we had mentioned anything and assured us it was being handled. I’ve rented houses several times and never been contacted afterwards like Mike did, and our group very much appreciated it!

The property manager was excellent, communication was perfect, the place was very accommodating and had everything anyone would need. Neighborhood was very peaceful and centrally located to everything. Excellent property and excellent owner.
