Susie was an amazing host! The house was exactly as listed, and so close to everything. A very quiet neighborhood. The home had lots of needed amenities and felt very comfortable. The communication was top notch and she was even able to accommodate a few requests. Thank you SO much Susie, we’ll be back!

The home was perfect for our family!! We came with our college kids for spring break and spring training. Loved the backyard and all of the amenities. Was great to have enough beds for everyone. Close to downtown with was perfect. Will definitely be back!!

The house was perfect for a ladies’ college reunion. The property was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Outdoor areas were perfect! Location was great- just a short walk to old town. The owner was responsive and hospitable.

We were in Scottsdale for a long weekend and had a lovely time. The house is located within walking distance to many restaurants and also a very cheap Uber if needed. It was spacious and quiet. The backyard is lovely but was just a little too chilly for us to enjoy it all the way. We are hopeful to go back sometime.

The whole property was incredible. From the heated pool and jacuzzi to the comfortable bedrooms and spacious livingroom area, this house is perfect. I came not knowing what to expect, but the kitchen is completely stocked with all the dishes, utensils, and anything youd need if you're cooking at home. Everything was super comfortable. We all loved our stay here!

House is perfectly situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood just steps to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. We were a short walk to tons of restaurants, bars, grocery stores or whatever your trip desires. The house is spacious, clean and was perfectly equipped for our group of 8. Back yard was a nice bonus with a hot tub, pool and back yard games. Susie was extremely attentive and responsive to any questions we had (including recommendations to the best restaurants in the area!). We arrived to the best welcome package I have ever experienced at any rental property. Susie's house is where you need to stay in Old Town Scottsdale!

This was our first trip to Phoenix and Scottsdale, travelling with a family of 6, including my elderly parents. Fabulous location near Old Town. The check-in process was easy and hosts were very communicative and answered all our questions before arrival. There was a nice welcome basket when we arrived some great info and recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The house is clean and modern, the showers are divine, and everyone loved the decor. Lots of comfy places to sit, relax, and enjoy time with each other. The hot tub didn't seem to get very hot but we still enjoyed it. The only issue was that we couldn't find a light switch for the pool, or if it had lights.
My Mum has mobility issues and needs the assistance of a walker and this house was perfect in that there were no steps and the whole space was accessible. Also, the beds were at a very good height (as opposed to being too high like they sometimes are in hotels or other rentals). We had such a great time everyone in the family says we should stay there again on another trip.

Quality place with a great location. Easy access to many golf courses, Old Town, and restaurants. Price was amazing as well. While this was a golf trip with friends, it fits just as well for a family with kids.

Our first visit to Scottsdale couldn't have been better, thanks to this fantastic VRBO property! We were in search of a family-friendly place with easy access to the area's attractions, and this place exceeded our expectations.
The highlight for us was definitely the incredible pool and hot tub. They were a hit with our family and provided hours of fun while keeping us cool in the Scottsdale heat. The house itself was beautiful, and the bedrooms and accommodations were just what we needed for a comfortable stay.
All in all, we had a wonderful experience, and we're already looking forward to returning. This property was a perfect choice for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Scottsdale!

We have stayed in houses throughout the country and this was one of our favorites. What first stood out for us was the thoughtfulness of our host. The check in process was clear and simple, there was a nice welcome basket, and the house was immaculate. The house itself is roomy and well organized. The pool/outdoor area is a real plus. We give it a very enthusiastic two thumbs up!

There is nothing but amazing things to be said about this property. I would 1000% book again.
The location is about 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from old town, both by car. There are some very quaint local restaurants 10min walking and a circle k as well.
The hosts leave very detailed and easy instructions to get into the home. They left a wonderful welcome basket as well as an extremely helpful guide to all things Scottsdale!
The entire property is so thoughtfully furnished. The beds are just so easy to fall asleep on! There is fans in each room in case you want a gentle breeze to fall asleep to. Each bathroom is well stocked with towels and any toiletries you may need. The kitchen is a hostess’ dream, I was able to cook and beautifully present many meals to my friends. They have every platter for service, seasonings, and cooking utensils!
The backyard is truly one of our favourite areas. The pool is well maintained and just lovely. There are floaties and backyard games, as well as the hot tub!
Even the front of the house is beautiful. There is a lovely sitting area outside and the landscaping is so pretty!
I would not hesitate to book this property, you will not be disappointed!

AZ golf trip. The central location allowed for a 15 to 20 min drive to all golf courses played. Walking distance to dinner. Great back yard for relaxing (Htub, pool, etc.)

We really had a wonderful experience here. Agree with all the other glowing reviews and would just add how intuitive and thoughtful the hosts are. They thought of everything. Gift basket was so kind, plenty of paper goods, coffee, even toiletries for the whole stay. Everything top shelf. They truly want you to have a wonderful time and it shows. Easy to work with if you have any hiccups, which are unlikely. Location is perfect. Quiet but hear everything. Thank you so much, we will be back!

Arrived and house was super clean, location is great for walking to Old Town. Property manager is so easy to communicate with. We had 6 adults and 3 grandchildren and had plenty of space. Would highly recommend

Great quiet location and within couple walkable blocks of old town. Welcome basket with snacks and bottle wine very thoughtful. Very comfortable space with lots of seating and great kitchen and bath amenities. Susie and Eric were very responsive. The backyard with hot tub, bacci ball, and pool with 6 pool chairs and lots pool towels awesome. Our only minor complaint was the short pool heat timer since we were paying for heat and pool never really warmed to desired temp so most time spent in hot tub. Would rent again.

Great place, great location!! Just a short walk to Old Town with lots of shopping and pubs. Susie was great! Answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We were a party of 6 adults staying together and enjoyed the layout of the home as well as the amazing outdoor space! I would highly recommend booking this property :)

The location of this home is excellent as we enjoy walking through old town and going to restaurants daily. Everything is well stocked and makes settling in easy. Owners are very responsive and handled any issue promptly. There were 7 of us staying and there was plenty of room for all of us.

We rented this for a batchlorette get away for my daughter and it was great! We had 7 of us and it was spacious enough for all if us! Plenty of seating in the house and out back by the pool. Everything you would need was here! Communication was great between the owners and us. The location was walkable to Old Town. Would come again.

This listing is a hidden gem! So cute, clean, spacious and accommodating! Very close to downtown but a super quiet street. Property manager was communicative and timely in answering a question we had about the pool. Every bed and seating surface was so comfortable. We had such a great time!!

Eric & Susies's place was an awesome place for a weekend in Scottsdale. The property was very clean and the living area was spacious enough for our group to eat together. The backyard was the true highlight of the house with a pool, hot tub, and bocci ball court. We were only 5 minute uber to Old Town bars and restaurants which was super convenient. Would definitely recommend and would stay again during our next trip to Scottsdale.

We can not thank Susie & Eric enough for providing the most amazing accommodations. Not only was the property clean, well maintain and the perfect location - the owners provided us with great recommendations that made our stay in Scottsdale even more enjoyable. There was one minor maintenance issue and they had someone over within two hours to get the issue resolved. My friends and I will definitely be back. Do not hesitate booking this property!
