We loved our apartment. Everyone was exactly how it said it would be. Clean, bright and all the amenities we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and very quick response. We can’t wait until next year!

This was our second time and it was wonderful! The hosts are so accommodating. The location is amazing and most importantly the unit is very clean! The hosts think of little details to make the stay so nice. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property, comfortable beds, hot showers with great water pressure, everything to use the grills and kitchen, and close to all the action. All the comforts of home seamless and effortless. We loved grilling in the outdoor space and enjoyed the prestine gardens Vivian tends too, hosts were so friendly and the communication was excellent. We loved being able to see the ocean and boardwalk from the bedrooms! Thank you Vivian and Jack!

I haven’t been to seaside since I was a kid, since hurricane Andrew, 32 years to be exact, and what a great location! I’m always afraid to give kudos because it would be hard for me to book again lol, but I always have to make sure that good hosts get their compliments! Some listings are photo placed and you get there and it’s not what you expected. NOT THIS PLACE! The pics are accurate, actually the pics don’t do it justice. Jack and Vivian are attentive, if you have ANY ISSUES JACK AND VIVAN ARE THERE FOR YOU! the garden is gorgeous in the common area outside for you to enjoy your bbqing. The space was practically right on the water with an ocean view, I mean you could walk from the beach to the apartment, just amazing, so not to lug everything around. The beds were super comfortable, which is great cause I have a bad back, So much in fact I wanted one for home! I carry my whole house with me when I travel just in case, lol but this place has everything you need! Plus there is an acme and cvs right down the street just great! In the words of Arnold lol I’ll be back!

From the moment we inquired about the property to after we checked out the host was friendly and responsive! Answered all of our questions right away! The property is clean, spacious and perfectly decorated with all the amenities we needed, and then some, and in a perfect location! Parking is provided too! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This was our second year at Jack and Vivian’s beach retreat and we loved it. The location is amazing and the condo is the perfect size for us (two adults and two teens). Cant wait for next year!

We came to this property for a short girls weekend and we had the best time. It was on the boardwalk so the location was great. The hosts communicated with us and were very timely with their responses. They accommodated us by allowing to park the car and giving us our beach passes earlier than check in so we could get our weekend started. Overall, it was a great stay and I would come here again.

We stayed at the beach block 2nd floor booking and it was absolutely perfect for our family with 2 teenagers. Steps to the boardwalk and beach. This is not a party house. Everything was very clean, in place and the hosts are wonderful and very friendly. Stop looking and book this property.

Me and my friends loved our stay here! It was right next to the boardwalk, so we didnt have to drive anywhere during our stay! The property was clean and updated, with everything in working condition. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! We all agreed we will be coming back in the near future!

Took my 16 year old daughter and 3 friends to spend the weekend in Seaside and this rental was perfect. Very clean and spacious for all of us. Parking on the property and nice outdoor space for grilling and hanging out.
Location is perfect since its literally steps from the boardwalk and beach but not in the busiest part of this fun city. Definitely recommend for a family to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. We will be back!

Fantastic little gem just steps from the Boardwalk on the Jersey Shore! We stayed with 5 adults and we never felt crowed. Could not have asked for a better place! We are already planning to return next year!

Great for teens!
We loved our stay! Great place, plenty of room for 4-6 people. Teens loved the location next to the beach and boardwalk. The place was really cute, nicely decorated. Appreciated the amenities and beach badges. We also enjoyed the courtyard with outdoor shower. We can't wait to book next year! Thanks Jack and Vivian : )

Amazing stay at Seaside Heights!
This was our first time at the Jersey Shore and it won’t be our last! The property was perfect for our party (two adults and two teens). The property is only steps to the boardwalk and the beach and although some of the reviews mentioned noise we didn’t find it noisy…it’s towards the end of the boardwalk and not in the midst of all the craziness. Check in and out was seamless and the owners checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Outdoor shower and laundry was a plus as was the central ac after days at the beach and walking the boardwalk. It was a PERFECT stay and we can’t wait to stay here again next year.

Great overall experience
Great overall. I Will echo what others have said about the noise from the boardwalk, but mid-week in June, it was mild. My only real complaint is that there are no curtains to block light from the windows. With street lights on all night, it was never truly dark at night. And with little kids who need to nap during the day, it was a struggle as the room was bright all the time. Otherwise, we had a terrific stay and would highly recommend the property and it's management.

Our Stay
Our stay was very good. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen very nice. The kids enjoyed the bedroom with the twin beds. And boardwalk entrance very closewen you walked out door.

Minimal for the money
The apartment was clean but small, with plenty of cups & plates but minimal cooking utensils one small pot, one large pot, one small stainless fry pan. The one difficulty we had was that the beds had been made up with only a bottom form-fitting sheet and a top duvet which was both heavy and hot for August nights. When we requested a top sheet and light blanket, the owners said they did not have such to give us.

Great property and location
We had a wonderful stay, the property couldn't be more conveniently located to the beach, boardwalk, and local shopping. We knew that it could be loud at night given the location, and it was, ...so just be aware of that. Every other aspect of this property is just perfect. We would book again.

Amazing Stay
This is a perfect spot for family and or friends. We traveled with (4)18 year old kids and they were so close to everything. The house was very clean and everything went very smooth. Would definitely recommend to families and friends. The owners were very attentive and always checked in to see if everything was ok.

Cute condo RIGHT on the beach/boardwalk
The location of this condo is what really sold us - we were steps from the beach and boardwalk. The condo is cute and basically clean - the floors were a little questionable and we didn’t have a vacuum or hand vacuum available, but nothing too unusual for a beach house. The owners were super responsive and got us checked in a little early, which was great. If you’re prepared for a little neighborhood noise (we brought box fans for the bedrooms and slept like babies), this place is a real gem in Seaside Heights.

Nice apartment right on the boardwalk.
Clean and convenient apartment on the second floor with boardwalk views. Neighborhood is loud at times which is my only complaint. White noise machine is a must, especially at night. Overall great vacation spot!

Perfect Location
Perfect location with easy parking and quick/easy access to the boardwalk!! The house was so cute and just as pictured! Jack & Vivian were quick to respond to our request. The kitchen is stocked, we loved the coffee maker with k-cups (AND cream and sugar). The kids were happy with the smart TV and we enjoyed lots of ice cream and pizza right on the boardwalk. Our favorite part was the warm outdoor shower on unusually chilly days. I would highly recommend!

Nice beach house
We had a good time staying here. The surrounding neighborhood was loud late into the night on MDW, but the place was nice and comfortably fit the 5 of us staying there. Good access to the beach.

Lovely Beach Apartment
The unit was just what we expected, it was clean and all the necessary things were provided. It is in a great location with a very short walk to the boardwalk and beach. The owners checked in throughout the trip and the check in and out process was very easy. I’d recommend their beach house units to others, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to get away!
We were looking for a place close to the beach and central to good food and things to do....this was it! Loved having the ice cream shop literally behind the house and being able to "run back to the house" for potty breaks or something we forgot.
