Laguna Vista Tree House, Cloud Lane
Laguna Vista Tree Haus è una casa sull'albero unica con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni! Porta fino a 14 ospiti per goderti una vacanza nel weekend tanto necessaria. C'è un grande ordito attorno al ponte nella parte anteriore. Mentre entri nella casa sull'albero sarai nell'area del soggiorno. La cucina completa a sinistra del soggiorno ha pentole e padelle per cucinare i pasti. Dopo una lunga giornata è il momento di dormire bene la notte. Nella prima camera da letto c'è un letto matrimoniale con bagno, la seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali. C'è un bagno accessibile dal soggiorno o dalla seconda camera da letto. La 3a camera da letto ha 2 letti matrimoniali e bagno privato. La 4a camera da letto per i bambini o gli ospiti extra abbiamo un letto a castello e un divano letto (divano letto). Ci sono mobili da giardino sotto la casa sull'albero.
Laguna Vista Tree Haus è una delle quattro case sugli alberi intorno alla piscina in comune. Oltre alle case sugli alberi abbiamo il Lodge e due suite.
Avrai accesso alla grande piscina in comune con acqua salata, cabana, mini parco giochi per bambini e vasca idromassaggio. Ci sono molti posti a sedere all'esterno e ciascuna delle nostre proprietà ha le proprie griglie per barbecue. Mentre entri in piscina, inizia in modo superficiale e diventa più profondo in modo che tutte le età possano godere. La piscina ha 17 sgabelli da bar, scusate, non c'è un barista! Porta i tuoi drink e rinfrescati. Il fiume Guadalupe sul lago Dunlap è una breve passeggiata lungo la collina dove si ha accesso solo alla pesca o al kayak. Il lago Dunlap ha l'acqua al centro ma ha avuto un guasto al canale di scarico (maggio 2019) che ha causato l'abbassamento del livello del lago, che potrebbe richiedere alcuni anni per risolvere. I tubi sono a monte di questa proprietà circa 3-4 miglia e i fiumi non sono interessati dal guasto del canale di scarico.

This property is awesome. The salt water pool in the middle is shared between the different houses on the property, but there is still plenty of room for everyone. It’s in a great location to just about anything whether that be hanging out by the water or heading into downtown New Braunfels for a night on the town. I’d recommend this place for just about anyone. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Overaĺl was a good place to stay. Had issues with the sink and dishwasher. Water started backing up from the sink into the dishwasher onto the floor. Faucet wouldn't rotate. Dishwasher wasn't screwed in place would fall out if you open the door. Stove and oven was wobbly as well. We called Tom about the water backup and disposal and he had someone come out right away. But couldn't be fixed right then. It just got worse then night before we left. And there was food and trash in between where the couch connects. The river is low and under construction hard to get down to it. But the pool was great and met some great people.

Nurse manager planning a fun weekend for her staff. We enjoyed the pool. The house was clean. Wi-Fi was a bit sketchy but there is a tin roof therefore expected. Great location. Had a great time.

House configuration was exactly what we needed and served the purpose of our family vacation with adequate sleeping spaces and bathrooms. The ad was a bit misleading as far as condition of the property and did not reveal that the complex is surrounded by an eclectic collection of junk. The home was not thoroughly cleaned and the dishwasher and garbage disposal were not working and had a very unpleasant odor. My husband fixed them both and remedied the odor. The ceiling fan in the back bedroom was dangling by wires and my son fixed that, but it was too off balance to use. The worst part were the noisy neighbors who stayed up late each night with loud music and overran the pool area with many guests of thier own for a grown womans birthday party. We didn't spend as much time at the property as we planned to, due to the large rambunctious group but we did enjoy New Braunfels city park and aquatic center, so it was not a total loss. I realize the property is not responsible for the inconsiderate actions of its guests, but for the price I would have expected rules to be enforced more stringently.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation
We really enjoyed our Christmas Vacation 2021.
Everything was as mentioned. No problems from arrival to departure.

Good with some needed improvements.
Property had leaks which caused puddles in kitchen and bedroom with bunk beds. Pool looked nice but did not use due to weather. House shakes. Toiletries were not high quality. Did not use kitchen so I don't know if everything worked. TV was very old and small. It served our purpose but did not spend a lot of time in property during the day for full review.

Thanksgiving
Great weekend with lots of room for a family Thanksgiving. Great outdoor seating and lots of room downstairs for our annual family cornhole tournament. Highly recommend!

Family trip
The house was great, clean and well stocked, but it is located next to a junk yard!! The pool was also great. There were yellow jacket hives everywhere. We had three people stung. The maintenance crew needs to do a weekly check for the hives. The BBQ grills were too nasty to use so we had to buy our own. We enjoyed our stay, but will not stay there again due to the bad location.

The place isn’t really on the river it was a pretty good walk down hill. Once you get down it’s filled with boats and there is no way to actually get in the water especially if you have kids! When we arrived to the property the grounds looked like a scrap yard! It wasn’t really near anything really that was worth going to we had about a 20 min drive to spots. The house was great except cleaning supplies were little to none. The pool was great except our view from porch was taken because the half pipe wall that takes away the pool view. Also we’re pretty sure the grounds keeper stole our yeti cooler when he was picking up trash!
Overall it was extremely over priced for what it appears in the pictures.

Great location!!
Loved our stay, went with 3 families, we each had a room, with fresh AC. Gas station, HEB and food close by. Host was very accommodating. Pool was a plus for the kids. Would totally recommend and stay again!
