beautiful pools and facilities with great staff

the rooms were quite a way from the pools and you had to walk the long way round through reception to get to them

We loved the many swimming pools, and the breakfast was really outstanding, the staff is very friendly and most helpful

Everything is so nice! They change their breakfast buffet options and I was so excited to have the champorado. The space is also very wide! Love it here. :)

We have to wear wrist tags but it was a minor inconvenience anyway.

we were there on a sunday so it was very quiet and very good! location is superb!

only thing was main pool closed at 6pm which is too early for us! and we ate at the restaurant but wanted pizza from the cafe but the staff wouldnt bring it to us, we had to go and pick it up and the cafe. i guess cause they are understaffed.

Booked a 1 bedroom suite with sea view or pool/ seaview...got a view of rear of maintenance building anf car park. Booking.com responsible or tambuli..tell me After major hassle relocated to seaview room with pathetic doctors waiting roomstandard furniture in living room and no eating area. ..

The pools were good

Was supposed to be a buffet breakfast. The first morning it was but the second morning we had to select from a menu. There were four American breakfast to choose from and all had rice. Wasn't able to add toast with my eggs and Wasn't allowed to have orange juice and coffee. One only, where you can have both and as many as you like with a buffet breakfast.

The resort facilities are awesome. It worth the money.

The pools closed too early at 5/6PM. Our room was located near on going construction that did not stop even at the wee hours of the night. I did not get the good night sleep that I expected to have when staying at an expensive resort such as this. I called the customer service but nothing has been done about it, I was just told that they'll check with the security and they never get back to me.
