state of the rooms, stained towels, terrible smell, reception staff that see you standing there and leave you to stand for a while before they assist you, not wanting to give extra toilet paper

The few friendly members of staff. The excellent security when checking in and out.

The noisy old aircon couldn't sleep a wink, the hair floating in the pool, the fact that we couldn't swim after 6pm, and before 9am. The property condition has deteriorated since I last stayed there. The other guests were extremely inconsiderate and allowed kids to play up and down passages late at night. Standards are not the same.

Location and convenience for me as a guest.

Many may not agree with me but this my opinion. The monotony of uncreative preparation of their Breakfast. Same breakfast everyday. Curb the noisy guests as and when it arises. Not the hotels fault but the lack of respect displayed by Guests. There are areas of improvement and if Management does see it then no amount of Reviews will help. Maintenance and Cleanliness is all areas should be a standard. Treat and look after staff. High turnover is not good for any business. Parking is also a major issue.
