Worse American breakfast ever. We also had a broken elivator I had to walk 5 floors up to pickup my bags with my broken knee plus old age.

I didn't like anything from from that place they need a lot of improvement. Change the coffin elivator an it's very dark. Restaurant look like a ghetto restaurant Un attractive.

Staff was friendly.

The room was stuffy. Caught flu the same night due to the room being un clean. The carpet makes the room smell bad. The shower was cold😭. It was really bad.

I liked nothing

the staff is okay until such time to check out. we were made to wait by the reception so that they can go check the room before we were let go. I felt disrespected and help hostage. the door locks are old, there's no fridge in the room.

The room was ohk Everything was in order i can't complain. Although the room was hot nd the tv some channels were not playing

we found cockroaches and the room smell was not good

Hotel stuffer and the manager is so professional and sweet

Firstly when i was booking i was told about the 2pm check in and worse the white lady there is just to rude for my likings and the place wasn't clearn where the rest arear is lastly the car parking isssue that is very concerning because i had to fight for my car to be released like i dont pay for it i still need a formal apology from the lady that was assisting me because it went as far as one of the hotel assistance paying out of their own pocket because that lady was just rude telling me i will get a much rude person then her net time.
