The hotel is clean, great location and the hospitality of the hotel is amazing! The staff of really warm and makes the extra step for you! We felt very welcome!
Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding about the ferry boat and we were guided to the wrong Harbour. The staff wasn’t aware of the closed harbour and really assisted us to eventually arrive at the hotel. With there hospitality and really warm welcome, we forgot the journey and only remembered the stay! It was GREAT!

We got a spacious room with large, private balcony and magnificent view over the Laguna into Venice. Wonderful to watch the sunset over Venice. Very pleasant and welcoming staff in the hotel, helpful, friendly and service minded. Old, historic hotel, very charming exterior and interior both in building style, materials and decorations. Fresh and nice, well ventilated and clean. Beautiful garden with bar and dining area, with large trees offering shade. Hotel Mabapa felt like an oasis, with Venice just a boat ride away, and the beach a short walk away. Possible to borrow bicycles at the hotel. Great selection in breakfast buffet, cosy and bright breakfast area.

The location is excellent and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the bicycles. The staff was also very quick to inspect our ac unit as it was making a lot of noise. They fixed it immediately.
I don't understand the cost and need for reservations on the private beach. We used the public beach and it was wonderful.

The friendliest staff, also it was situated right om the waters edge. Also the free activities included was amazing! The manager made our stay that much more special with a room upgrade. Thank you Michele, we loved it!

It was a real shame that we could not use the restaurant during our stay after hearing good things about it. The staff were kind to book us in elsewhere.
The WC could do with updating. Funny smell and toilet water kept running at times. A new hairdryer needed

The personnel was a bit cold. The cleaning ladies didn't bother to answer greetings such as "hello."

Mabapa is the keeper of good old hotel traditions and personal service.
In room 702 water was leaking from under the tiles in the bathroom. Dad and I did not immediately see this interesting Venetian metaphor, but we were not happy when we noticed it either. It would be nice to repair the floor in the bathroom anyway ;-)

Small, cozy hotel in Lido. Very close to the ferry but 10 minutes walk from Vaporetto stop. Walk could be avoided by using local bus. It's great that this part of Venice is accessible by car, that could be parked for free in hotel parking lot, although you have to calculate the price of ferry.
Lido itself is a surprise- green and charming, with a beaches and well connected with S. Marco island. Much better choice than staying in busy touristic area or Mestre.
Hotel should highlight more the fact that you could actually park your car in front of it. Great option for those traveling by car.

Very overpriced. Reception staff on arrival not very welcoming. Took three attempts for us to get our room; first room wasn’t even made up; second room wasn’t what we’d requested. Third bed was just a sofa. Room was very cramped. Very little on site parking (four spaces).

The location was superb 2 minutes from the car ferry and a 15 minute walk to the water taxi. The hotel oozes old style sophistication. The breakfast was delicious.

I enjoyed this hotel a lot! Everything was clean. The location is great and located in the heart of Lido close to the beach. Terrace view is exceptional and so romantic. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives, perfect for couples too!!
As a couple we have to sleep on the two mattresses on one bed which was very uncomfortable. I would recommend to the hotel management put a standard double mattress for double beds because it’s very unpleasant otherwise. Also the dinner celebration for the last day of summer as a buffet style was not good and we left because we did not enjoy the food but the breakfast was absolutely amazing through.

Very nice hotel with great breakfast and restaurant. Beautiful outdoor seating area with great view and a bar. We had a wonderful family room with 2 separate sleeping rooms and doors right out to the lovely garden. I was so nice that we decided too stay an extra night because we didn't want to leave :)

Excellent location for Relax (beach 10 min) and Sightseeing in Venice (ferry 10 min) walking distance. Very friendly and supportive stuff. Breakfast ok and super Garden for Breakfast and Dinner
The hotel do not react in evening with Bar service - only one stuff member always - full hotel - long unnecessary waiting times to get a drink.
