Very convenient, at walking distance from all main sites, right on the canal and in the meantime the resort feels like a hidden gem, a safe harbor to rest and reconnect with your partner.

The location of the facility was good, the view over the grand canal was fascinating. Staff were smiling and helpful.

Everything - splendid view (canal view suite), super friendly staff always willing to help, beautiful interior design, lovely spacious bathroom, the hotel can be reached directly by boat from the airport (both private taxi or regular city transport), the room was very clean and completely sound proof; walking distance from main attractions including concerts and artistic workshops. Do ask the staff for directions and you will get where you need to easily (important for Venice where on-line maps and navigation will get you lost).

The bed was a bit hard, for my taste, but OK. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

wifi didn’t work, neither the TV, the jacuzzi made a sound all night long and the pillow cases smelled kind of like fried food..
