Feels like home. We really enjoyed that trip and likes to come back to apartament.

The worst was to enter at our first day, because I have never uses computer to check in.

I did not receive room according to my requirement pointed six months before. It is not fair. It is worth fulfill customers real needs. Otherwise we causa confusions. Interior acoustics of the hotel is troublesome.

Very spacious room. Having a washing machine in the kitchen was fantastic as I was in the middle of a two week trip. Effective air conditioning. Good storage. I've stated here 5 or 6 times now. Always good.

The new self check in machine. It would not read my passport. Staff arriving in the evening or weekend may struggle if no staff around. Bring back the people!

This hotel worked out really well for our three-day stay in Madrid ahead of a flight. The location is in a more residential part of Madrid, which we liked. It was fun to see all the local people out on Sunday evening. It is a short walk (under 10 minutes) to a metro station on a line that goes to the center, so convenient. Uber to the airport for under 20 euros. The automated check in system was different but they send detailed instructions and it workedt. The one-bedroom suite was very comfortable, wifi worked, kitchen was functional, everything very clean despite it being an older building. We really liked the corner bar across the street. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area.

There were instructions on the wall of the kitchen requesting we take trash to the bins in the courtyard but there were no bins. I found a housekeeper and asked and she said just to leave trash in the room. I liked that solution, but didn't like the confusion. The hotel should remove those little signs.

The price is reasonable compared to others in Madrid. It’s clean and safe.

Huge balcony but it’s a shame they don’t do more with it as it could be amazing. i.e. one sun lounger when the apartment accomodated four people. Check-in was slightly hard work as it took a while for our passports to be accepted, but I appreciate being able to check myself on. (By machine)

Great little apartment with everything you need. Roof terrace was an extra bonus and location was great next to metro station. Staff were also very helpful and booked us a taxi for the airport.

Everything was spic and span. Well placed, away from the centre but with direct bus no 3 and métro no 1 direct lines to the center. Many shops and restaurants right around the corner. Great value for monéy. I dont quite understand what the négative comment where about. Thankfully I chose to ignore them.

Great non-touristy area, felt like an authentic Madrid experience, metro stop 5 minute walk away. Good air conditioning. Nice sized family apartment, so handy to have a fridge freezer to keep fresh produce in. Flat entry and lift access to rooms (good for prams, wheelchairs, luggage). Lidl store and large market 5 minutes away. Small children's play area 2 minutes away. Loads of quality affordable places to eat, nice cafes etc all around (particular shout out to Pistachios across the road for amazing cheap coffee, wine and tapas). Area felt really safe. Helpful staff, we requested a kettle and they made sure one was in the room, helped me by booking a taxi with child seat to the airport, stayed a bit later to help us check in when our flight was delayed.

Kitchen could do with a toaster, but know this is probably a cultural difference! Slightly noisy area, didn't bother us but might bother others (and there was a big football game on, so some celebration is to be expected!). Would be handy to have an extra bin or two to make sorting waste easier for different recycling processes.
