Very handy location for Keswick centre and thereafter the wider lakes, car parking immediately in front of the property, pleasant breakfast included and friendly host.
The bed seemed to give me a bad back, the TV in the room was minute and it was hard to get air in the room - but such as we did, the proximity to central Keswick made it noisy.

A few flights of stairs to our room and have a dodgy knee but had I informed them when we had booked I am pretty sure they would have put us lower down if possible.

Property was extremely clean and breakfast was excellent!
The location is very convenient.
The room we stayed in was a bit warm. To be fair we stayed during a very hot time of the year. There is a pub just in front of the property that was a little bit noisy at night.

Friendly and helpful host. Delicious breakfast and mountain view from my room was absolutely beautiful.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was fantastic, short walk (1 minute) into the high street/ centre. Connor was great and made us a lovely cooked breakfasts each morning. A bonus was having an incredible mountain view from our bedroom window. We really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely recommend.

Excellent home base from which to explore the Lake District. The hills are just out the front door waiting to be explored. Fantastic breakfast each morning to get the day started off right, and a comfy bed to rest sore muscles after a day of hiking!

You can choose between 'Light' i.e. cereal, eggs, toast or full cooked. I tried both options and was very happy. Connor makes a nice breakfast!
