غير مصدق انه فندق 5نجوم تشطيباته والاضاءة والاسقف وخدماته كأنه شقق مفروشة متواضعة،خدمة سيئة تأخير في الطلبات قهوة الضيافة لم تأتي والمناشف طلبتها 3مرات دفع الماء ضعيف جدا النوافذ يتخللها صفير الرياح تجربة لن اكررها سعر الغرفة 1190ريال ولا تستحق ذلك

منذ افتتاح الهوتيل لحد الان لم يتغيرولم / يتجدد الفرش / الاثاث / الاناره / حتى الوان الجدران / الحمامات /يجب اعادة النضرفيها / فهذا الصرح يمثل محافظه لها موقعها وقيمتها المميز ه

The location, the service and cleaness were spectacular.

The cafe staff were slow and didnt welcome us as we entered the cafe.

Excellent location Clean and spacious rooms Excellent staff I liked the pool it is good size with children area for swimming There are Cafe and outdoor with restaurants in 29 and 30 floor with nice views Good internet service and speed

The staff were very courteous. Neat and clean environment. Revolving restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was good. Location is great.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. it was clean and have a good view of the city.

The spa was not as expected.

Location, view, cleaning and very supportive reception staffs especially Mr. Khalid Almalki, he is very nice employee. I would like to offer my thanks with deepest appreciation
