Like the room its ok nothing special .. Could more better its not value for the money .need to walk alot till al-haram.
Reception service is worse then ever .. Saudi guy was there they don't even know what the heck they are doing it took me more then an hour to check in .. They kept us waiting they don't knw what to do with the guest . wifi os worse .. No connection at room just only In lobby that also slow . room service wasnt there .. Not value for the money. . just room was ok comfortable bed and pillow toilet was ok nothing special but ok

Bad breakfast, no room cleaning in 4 days of stay, very very bad check In & check out experience, staff refuse to keep hold the luggage in the luggage area as my flight was late

المواقف ليست بالامر الايجابي خصوصا لكا يكون عندك حجز مسبق لا يسمح بالدخول للمواقف الا بعد اتمام الحجز وهذا فيه ضرر على النزلاء خصوصا كبار السن فيستحب الانتباه ل هذه النقطه والدخول للمواقف ثم اتمام الاجراءات المتبقيه

Location was near to haram. Hotel is surrounded by markets, restaurants and shops. Room charges were great @90 SAR per night.
Hotel just re-opened after hajj. There were maintenance problems. I was given room in which there was no electricity. After electricity switched on, AC was not working. Then I had to fight to get my room changed. Reception staff was not good. Manager Khalid came and resolve the problem. Bigger room with excellent AC was given. I was not given parking earlier. But after all that happenings, I was given parking in nearby hotel managed by same company. Apart from initial 40 minutes, it was excellent experience.
