صغر حجم الغرف وعدم وجود موقف خاص لسيارات

سرعة الدخول والخروج الهدوء روائح البخور النقل الترددي وجود الخدمات حول الفندق كثرة المصاعد

بعد الموقع عن الحرم الاستقبال فض وأخص البنات روائح الحمام تسريب مياه في المغسلة صغر الغرفة صغر السرير أصوات الأسرة مزعجة لانها حديد النت معدوم المواقف معدومة

Price , cleanliness

I requested to waive off cancellation fee few days ahead of travel as I found : No sohour offered in Ramadan & it was my main request. The hotel didn't respond to Booking.com & Responded to me twice as "ok" but I was unsure till I checked in if my booking was cancelled or not.

موقع الفندق مره جيد و نظافه الفندق ممتازة و اشكر طاقم العمل مشاري الحربي و صابر و طارق و محمد و حنين و جميع الموظفين الي ما سمحت لي الفرصه اتعرف على اسمائهم فندق جيد و يستاهل التجربه

Nothing special, transportation from/to Haram

Not clean at all, needs renovation. Bad WiFi Housekeepers are not allowed to enter rooms with your permission which is weird , even when I asked the receptionist to let housekeepers clean the room they didn’t inform them and I had to wait in lobby till they finished cleaning Even the buses are not clean ( they are new but not clean) I guess that the employees don’t have managers or supervisors who check their responsibilities

The wash room very small

I liked the location it is in front of Maka bus station(free) come every 15 min between 4:8 pm it is very crowded but other time is reasonable for all In front of ELBIK restaurant and Juice store It is near to Haram by bus 20 min It is value for Money and it is very clean compared with the price I booked the night with 94 SAR And the staff was helpful and well hosted I think it is perfect for short stay

Old furniture Tight bath room Carpet not well cleaned Just to know all of the above was not irritate me

The interior is so great

I believe they need to take care of the trowels cleanless and freshness

Nice building and spacious rooms

Suhoor was not served. Don’t advertise for breakfast. Breakfast means suhoor and iftar means dinner. I have booked hotel because of breakfast but got dinner…. Room was not properly cleaned. Shuttle bus service was not frequent.
