We arrived very late, way past check-out time due to some heavy traffic. But the receptionist was so kind and helpful... she stayed longer than needed so that she could get us checked in. We so appreciated it! The hotel is simple, comfortable, and the location is perfect.

Good price for the experience and very welcoming staff. The lodging was on the main street and right at the center of town. Parking was down the street in a well-lit lot next to the Euskotren - nicely situated. It was often full but I think if you waited a bit, someone would leave and you'd get a space. Also several playgrounds very close by (and bars, restaurants and shops).

The closer parking lot was still bit of a walk, and not guaranteed a space. The other parking option was way too far for my needs. Also just fyi, there is an elevator but you have to go up a set of stairs to get to it. It wasn't a big deal for me, but could be an issue for some.

Good value and close to the city centre. The decor was stylish. The receptionist was polite, friendly and a good communicator.

This wasn't really a hotel, it appeared to be a conversion of a commercial building. No communal areas and thin walls that let sound in from other guests.
