Very polite and helpful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, great location. Sauna and all the relax zone was great (except for 1 of the settings on the jacuzzi was unusable due to it making unbearable noise). We needed a taxi at night to get to the airport, the night shift manager called it for us and settled the price to be according to the pricelist of the service, not allowing to scam us (from what we get of their conversation, the driver was not happy about it). The price in winter was 15 lev, we paid 20. The price on booking with the "discount" is 70 lev... ridiculous.

Everything. Breakfast was very nice and homely. Bathroom was very clean and bed was VERY comfortable. Loved it. Great location too. Like the tall mirror in the room. You get free tea and coffee and water. Nice that they give a balcony aswell. Will definitely come again.

1. Deluxe Double Room - the room is not of the declared size, the 20m², I guess, contain the size of the balcony, which is a nice bonus but the actual size of the room is very small - near 16m² 2. Twin Room - the shower cabin is totally open, only one wall with а gap below, so after each shower the room is flooded with water 3. The safe is not in the room but near the reception desk, which is pretty secured but not so comfortable 4. The breakfast was pretty poor, the only vegetables were rotten tomatoes and cucumbers, the food was refilled only partially and the stuff in the restaurant wasn't friendly 5. The digital keys stopped working each day, sometimes twice a day and we needed to restore them on the reception desk 6. The mini bar was not working. We let the staff know about it, but nothing was done 7. Bad soundproof - we woke up in the middle of the night when our neighbors were leaving

Really stylish, clean with little thoughtful extras that made you feel comfortable and looked after. Full control of heating in the room, we were really glad of as we were cool through the night despite the heat oitside.
