The facilities were bad. All the appliances were not working and there were no toiletries not even a toilet paper in the room. It was terrible and the staff was not so welcoming

Room was clean.

The bathroom had mold, and they refused to change the room. On arrival, it took them 15 min to open the gate. When I arrived, there were no towels in the bathroom, I had to wait for an hour for them to bring towels. There's no staff at night to attend to queries.Pathetic service!!

Property looked presentable and safe.

The location is not that great, too far from the main beaches. First room had no working socket plugs, second room moved to didn’t have remotes, and the sheets/linen was not washed, there were makeup and lipstick stains - luckily we had our own blankets that we could sleep in without our skin touching the sheets. The booking app also said they offer breakfast at an extra rate, but we arrived at the property only to be told it’s since been converted to a full self-catering property, they didn’t even provide the complimentary tea/coffee in the room…I am extremely disappointed and never to return or recommend the property.

I didn’t like Everything about the place, the receptionist was very hostile, the bedding was dirty, towels were also dirty and torn.
