El desayuno super completo. Vale la pena desayunar en el hotel.

El tamaño del televisor, un poco pequeño para el tamaño de la habitación.

El hotel es muy limpio, habitaciones espaciosas y muy bien equipadas. El restaurante del último piso está muy bueno y tiene una vista genial de la ciudad.

El hotel está ubicado justo en una avenida principal que es muy concurrida. A pesar de tener ventanas cerradas, el ruido se sentía en las habitaciones.

Breakfast and location were great.

Shower stall was not good. Water was settling in one corner.

Mal olor en todo el hotel, no servia la tarjeta de entrar a la habitación y querían que cada que suba y baje ello me abran

It is close to the Venezuelan embassy. Also, Esther was very kind

The air conditioner was super high

We loved our room. The hotel is classy and pretty We liked the bathroom , we liked that our room was cleaned every day 😀. Fresh towels every day without having to ask . Loved the communication of the staff even though we didn't speak Spanish. They were patient and helpful.

Hotel was lonely 🙁 even though guests were there. Limited option for breakfast but we learnt that they hotel had only been re-opened for 3 months because of Covid .

Spacious shower with great hot water!!!! Clean room. Good staff.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Receptionists are great. Excellent location, all the installations are nice and clean, room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to convenient market.

No organization with the list of the menu for the supposed included dinner in the plan you paid when booked. Only verbal information from the waitress, poor offer, only two or three options to select and then at the check-out getting a surprise bill charging for the dinner that you already paid when booked and you were told that was included in the offer (called by the waitress half pension?)

Very good and modern hotel for its price and excellent location. I very much liked the fact that there was a dry cleaner within 2 minutes walk where for 7 dollars I could get all my clothes washed and dried and just had to wait 2 hours. Staff were professional.

I didn't experience much of the hotel I was tired.
