The property did not advise the guests for the parking options, and how it works. We were told need an app to do so, but not advised that license plate needs to be entered into the app before drive into the parking garage. As soon as the car enters the garage, license plate number is photoed, then the app will not work. The result is that the charge is against the car, not the app. In my case, it’s a rental. The rental company will eventually charge me the parking, plus a surcharge that could be avoided. The hotel cannot assume international guests know how to use the app and communicate it to the guests in advance.

Hotel is just at excellent location in voss , clean and big standard rooms with elaborate breakfast . Its just built on the Voss railway station with all tourist attraction at your hands reach.

Price could have been a bit less.

Poor housekeeping service; not cleaning the room or empty the toilet trush etc. The reception staff were not cooperative and lying; ignoring the calls and the request.

For us what made this hotel great was the breakfast and the people. Everyone was so kind and nice to us and the breakfast spread was phenomenal. Lots of options even vegan and gluten free. Also their take away lunch box is a great value for money. The rooms were ok, they had a nice view and nice comfy beds. Since our room wasn't cleaned up when we arrived, we received another upgraded one which I really appreciated. All in all I would definitely recommend it and I would come back anytime.

Maybe they should consider putting some single use slippers in the rooms. Also the fridge in our room didn't keep things cold but we didn't really need it during our stay. I'm sure if we mentioned it at the reception it would have been solved.

1. Dinner there was bad and I have to returned my food to the chef but didn't see they care mich how customer feels about their food! 2. First night we stayed there was damn loud music! Not sure if it was a pub near by or the room next to us too tired to find out that night!

Amazingly convenient location - you can walk straight from the bus or train platform into the hotel, grab ski passes in reception and get on the gondola up to the slopes. Rooms were spacious and comfortable..The breakfast buffet was incredible with a huge selection and for 85 nok you can pack a lunch to take up to the slopes which is a fraction of the cost of buying something up there.
