Curtains were dirty and need washing or replacing

It was big and spacious

The facility did not provide enough toilet paper or washing up liquid. There was one roll for a family of four. We were there a week and were not provided with fresh towels. There was not enough soap. The floors were clean. Stains on couches.

A quiet, comfortable cabin, with great staff, at a great price, what's not to love :)

There was not a thing to complain about, with the exception of a slightly tight sliding door, no biggie.

Facilities are nice and clean. The Pool and playground were great for the kids. There are lots of horses and another playground located right next to the park as well. The mountains surrounding the park are beautiful and you can hear the rainforest sounds at night. The cabins are spacious and clean.

The wifi wasnt that great, but it kept us off our devices and made us spend more time together as a family

Beautiful scenic, quiet location. Clean, spacious, comfortable accomodation and surrounds.

Absolutely beautiful spot. Not too far from Cairns (20 mins) Tranquil and peaceful. We had a self contained room and felt like home away from home. Definitely good value and would stay again.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable. All family members woke with sore neck and back.

Only some cobwebs in the cabin. The cafe could have offered food as i had to catch a taxi to town Otherwise it was perfect condition

Very comfortable and clean cabin. Good location, quiet and peaceful with mountain views but still close to town. Beautiful swimming pool. Reliable wifi. Would definitely stay there again!

We booked the larger Kingfisher cabin because it has a split system A/C. Other cabins have the old, noisy aircons so that can be an issue.

Cleanliness, bed and all the extras in the cupboards. Shower was good. Pool was lovely. Quiet but beautiful location with plenty of walking tracks and close to airport.

The walls had large paint cracks and chips and falling off. Sliding door was very hard to lock and unlock. Shower vanity looked very old and chipped and rather damaged.
