Unfortunately, none. The only thing I appreciated was that the staff were willing to resolve the issues in our room.

- The toilet had molds - the aircon’s filter was very dusty, which made it harder for my asthmatic mum and sister to breathe. - The aircon was not cold making it harder for us to rest. - The staff had to check the aircon twice because it’s not releasing cold air. - The bar fridge was broken, when we opened it smelled musty. - The telephone was broken, whenever we needed help we had to walk down the 3floor stairs each time. - there’s no elevator which is a bit difficult for my mum, who has got a heart disease to go from ground floor to our room. - one of the pillows smelled like pee. ps: it would be good if they were more transparent and informed us that their hotel is being renovated. We went there and it was a bit difficult to breathe because of the debris and dusty remains from the renovation.

None. It was under renovation and only 3rd floor was ready. This was not announced that it was under renovation. The place was messy, dusty and smelt of paint. The staff were accommodating though.

The property was a mess when we arrived. It was under renovation. They could've let us know but they chose to hide the fact. It was an unpleasant experience.

No proper breakfast as Royal Hotel has no kitchen, just half a cup of black coffee, no milk or sugar.

I was transferred to the Royal hotel , where they have no bar , no kitchens , and no breakfast except for a paper cup with black coffee and no sugar or milk available

The location was wonderful the hotel was clean and so very friendly the staff . The problem i had was that kiwi was closed and should be showing that on booking.com . But they book to me with what they called their sister hotel . It did not have the same value and they had had damage to the rooftop because of the storm and did not have breakfast available which that was part of my agreement with kiwi . Upon pre arrival comma i had sent a message to kiwi informing them of a gas that would need to check in sooner than their arival of my flight . Evidently they did not forward that information to the hotel and denied access to the young man . They demanded 1,000 pesos from him which he did not have they wouldn't let him wait in the lobby . They wouldn't let him allow him to charge his phone. The setting is he waited on me for 15 hours .

They would not allow me to change my booking because my booking was for one day longer than i need it . They would not allow me to change it without canceling with you first . I've never had that problem before, either adding or taking away days.

No restaurant. Room cleaning/replenishment only after every 3-days (unacceptable)

The Laundry service is fast and with good quality

We came at the hotel around 1pm to check-in and when entering the room, the staff was sleeping in our beds. They had no changed any bed sheets before leaving ... Then at night when we came back, I asked to have one (cause one was missing) and one person from the staff came to the laundry room and gave me a dirty one to put on my bed. That was too much ! Moreover, the WiFi doesn’t work.

Location is convenient, staff was helpful and courteous. It is a much more relaxed place than a big chain hotel.

There is no elevator, not a problem though

It was good for a quick overnight stop to catch a flight the next morning. If it was for a longer stay, I would most likely choose something different. Staff were all very helpful.

Staff were quite friendly

Restaurant area is dark dingy and the menu was basic and very unhealthy. Boring and uncreative. No vegetables at all. The 'gym' is just a small concrete room with exercise bikes. The rooftop could be really nice if they tidied up and put some chairs or something. The bathroom had no mat, just a weird wooden board. Room was ok but not that nice for the price.
