worst rooms dirty unhygienic rude staff unhelpful

Location.

The property is old and not updated, it is infested with mosquitoes and rats. The rooms are dark and dingy. Breakfast was sub-standard and poorly cooked.

Property is located walkable distance to us consulate biometric. Breakfast was ok.

One staff member, I don’t know his name he is young and he didn’t even know how to smile and talk. He was eagerly waiting for tip.

The location is a great plus due to the vicinity of the Visa Application center. Breakfast served hot and tastes good.

You can do better in cleanliness, for me the bed sheets seem not changed and the bathroom had leakage in the basin and had a pungent smell.

Friendly staff, great location, clean rooms and good food.

During the booking of hotel I mentioned the late check-in and late check-out time. But when I checked in around 3am, hotel was locked initially. But I didn't have to wait long the staff came and opened the doors and let me in. And I couldn't do the late check out but staff was kind enough to take care of my luggage for few hours.

It is a true home stay, like at home we should ask for everything like hot water, shower gel, toiletries..etc
