Extremely good location in the heart of old town. Also the room had quite a few personal touches- hats, slippers and was very well equipped - even better than 4 star luxury hotels that I stayed in Croatia Will highly recommend

Everything from the communication with Darjia to well appointed room was superior. We traveled with family so had 3 rooms. Beds, pillows, linens were lux. Lots of fun extras in the room. Location could not have been better. Highly recommend La Vitta Bella.

the location was amazing. the room and facilities were amazing. a good selection of tea and coffee and the bose speaker was a nice touch

we tried to run a bath and the water ran cold. i messaged to ask for help and it took an hour for a reply which is fine but it was to say make sure a switch is kept turned on. that should be mentioned at check in as there were so many switches for lights it got flicked off accidentally without realising what it did. we turned it back on and we’re told the hot water would come after 20 minutes. we tried a few times over 1.5 hours before giving up as it was very late. such a shame as it’s not often you get a bathtub in your room. it felt very special and we weren’t able to use it

Fantastic hotel in 13th century home of a bishop. Room highly functional/efficient. Amenities excellent. Loved location. Highly recommend.

Not enough electrical outlets. But it's a remodeled/restored 13th century home. No open outlets for charging phones or my cpap machine. Had to improvise with an adapter with multiple USB ports and power ports.

in the old town but reasonably close to transport options. You have to lug your bags over a few runs of steps but that’s all worth it to be in the heart of the town.

Bathroom has only a glass wall and door with a curtain for privacy; the water heater stopped working both days but the staff was great and got it fixed.

The location in the middle of Old Town was fantastic! The room was very clean and the hosts provided little gifts (which we didn't take because they did not fit). The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the air conditioning worked well (which was important in the midst of the heat wave!)

The communication prior to our stay was a bit sketchy. As we were driving to Dubrovnik we finally were told that their parking spots were not available so it was a scramble to arrange parking. Once in Dubrovnik the communication was excellent although we never met anyone.....all communication was via What's App including getting an electronic key via an app they sent a link for (thank God my internet connection worked while I was standing in the alley outside the apartment!).

The Property was to finish to a high standard amenities a hotel standard five star. The staff were amazing definitely take to help with the luggage this was a lifesaver we thank you so much you saved us

Location was great. We travelled by car and they had a parking spot available for a cheaper price than public parking in the area. The bed was big, the room itself was on the small side but still cozy. It had air condicioning. Bathroom was nice. All was very clean. They offer bath robes and slippers, bathroom toiletries and also a hat, if you need one. Wi-fi worked well. Check-in and check-out was very easy and the people I spoke to about the check-in, check-out and parking were very nice and pleasant.

Perfect place in the old city. Wonderful restaurants all around it was really lovely

The location is excellent and within walking distance of all the city attractions.

The accomodation was an ensuite double bedroom with a fridge that sounded like a tractor and had to be plugged out. The door to the bathroom had clear glass! but had a curtain that could be pulled for privacy, to enter the shower it was necessary to step out of the bathroom and open the shower door and then re enter ! There was no servicing of the room in the 4nights we stayed, no rubbish removal etc. there was no chairs or table and 1 small window which we couldnt reach. We were in room no.1.
