A very comfortable and well equipped room (kettle, fridge, phone, hair-dryer, a comfy armchair, night lamps and sockets beside the bed), a small but functional bathroom. The hotel is located about 10 mins' ride from the airport, by the main road and offers free pick-up and drop-off. There is a supermarket and restaurants just round the corner. The personnel are very helpful and respectful, they helped me organise a friendly taxi driver for a day to do sightseeing in Mactan and Cebu, and I could also get a breakfast packet when leaving the hotel early in the morning. Besides, the hotel has a swimming pool, a very small one, that I could use, too. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

The hotel is by the main road, so it gets very noisy, also at night. What I also found a bit disturbing was a very dim light both in the room and the bathroom, I would suggest using stronger bulbs.

Nice little hotel, excellent location and the staff were fantastic. Really good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Really close to the airport and free transfer for an early morning flight. They even packed us a breakfast on the go, just failed to remember I told them I was vegetarian. Perfect stay for 1 night to catch an early flight.

Place is awful ,flatters to deceive just like the promotional pictures !!! Rooms are cramped and dated ,only booked it for the last four days of our stay as it had a shuttle to the airport ,and we like to try different hotels in Cebu city and have stayed at many over the years , before we returned to Mindanao and looked great in the pics ,oh how wrong we were . Our digi box was not working so after two members of staff came to fix it neither who had a clue ,they changed the box which they just left hanging against the wall instead of fixing it back in its bracket ,that just about sums this place up!!! They try to potray it as trendy ,it's not just tired and shabby . The pool if you can call it that was more like a kids paddling pool and the "pool bar" hasn't been used in god knows how long with just a filthy old fridge in it electric wires hanging down and some old bottles ,so very appealing NOT !!!!! . We only actually stayed for one night because we disliked it that much and gave three nights away , and went back to the vastly superior Montebello villa hotel which is around the same money ,and is worlds apart in every aspect . The breakfast was the only thing passable ,of all the hotels I have stayed in in Cebu city this is the worse ,sorry but in my opinion it is ,not sure how it got some good reviews ,maybe some are very easily pleased

Everyone on the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was satisfactory. This is a hidden gem of Lapu-Lapu.

Transport from and to the airport was super convenient and the two staff driving me to the airport were friendly, hospitable and helpful.

This is our go-to hotel when we arrive in Cebu before traveling to Samar. Go-to hotel on our way home.

Good location. Close to the airport. The staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. Our room has bathtub, two toilets, kitchen and a private jacuzzi. I would highly recommend Eloisa Royal suites.

I booked 2 poolside rooms when I arrived late and being tired when I was told I would get an upgrade I thought ok. What I didn't realize was that my friend got the poolside room where my supposedly upgraded room had a view of a telegraph pole and I was woken up early from traffic noise. I spoke to the staff and said this wasn't what I booked and showed them my view of the pole they said oh we can get you that poolside room I said too late we are leaving to this afternoon there is no point. I asked how I could be compensated but nothing was done.
