I booked the property on booking.com, seemed like a nice hotel with en-suite bathroom.

When I arrived at the hotel I was given a card to my room and a key to the bathroom. I was a bit confused so asked why there is a key. I was informed that my bathroom is across the hallway! I always book en-suite rooms only and that’s exactly what the website stated. After a chat with the receptionist I was offered a refund as it was not what I booked and the reception sent me an email confirming that. I was told the person who deals with bookings is away on holidays and it will be done in a couple of weeks which I didn’t mind. I have now been chasing the hotel for almost 8 weeks to receive my refund and I don’t even get replies anymore. It’s very disappointing. Be aware when booking this hotel, you might get a room with a bathroom across the hallway from your room.

Had no idea how lucky we'd got when a cancellation meant we got to book Hotel Pauw! Such a gorgeous vibe in the perfect location with super friendly staff - we actually ended up extending our stay by an extra night because we were enjoying it so much! Can't wait to visit again, especially as we want to try the breakfast too :)

The lack of air conditioning is slightly unfortunate given the current heatwave, but the two fans provided took the worst of the heat away. Definitely wouldn't stop us staying again.

Property was in a great location in the city center and party central for the Summer Fest!

Older building so access to the upper floors was at Ike’s challenging.

For a three star hotel I did not expect power outlets falling out of the wall, or malfunctioning windows. No safe in room (did not check beforehand)

it was a challenge to get to the hotel; because it was in a pedestrian zone, once we got to the hotel , parking was really close by

Perfect location, in the middle of Nijmegen. Close to Stores, Restaurants, Bars and Terraces. Good Breakfast, brought by friendly Staff. Good overall Atmosphere!

Staff in the afternoon was uninterested, room was stuffy and had a very poor view. It was really noisy, all night people came in and made a lot of noise. I didn't sleep wellicht.

The heating was not as noticeable as I expected. He felt colder than hot.

Central location, friendly staff, clean friendly room, could connect my computer to TV over WiFi

On two occasions it was very noisy: once because of loud neighbors, once because of Friday night partying nearby (despite my room not facing the market square).
