The facility inside the room needed some upgrading The showerhead is not working properly The mattress and sofa is old and slagging needed to be replaced. And the host requesting to transfer hundred ringgit deposit to their specific account, This was NOT stated in your booking.com confirmation agreement, which we politely refused The host even asking to provide personal information like passport and photo if we do not wish to provide the deposit. We refused again. We asked twice on the reason for not stating this in booking.com, to which they ignored the question if they require any of my personal information should get back to booking.com. Ended by requesting them to collect the cash from me personally with no reply. Making us feel very creepy and uncomfortable. Lastly With no car park access card and only one room access card. It’s very inconvenient for family travellers.

Location.

It wasn’t that clean as expected. There were Ants in kitchen and cockroach (near sofa). Washroom can be better managed (check photos). When we check in around 11PM there was smell as if this room was closed for days. As per their staff, room was not ready till check in as if someone stayed there day before. But no ventilation and smell in the room tells you a different story. Experience with staff is poor. Asked them around 2:15 about the room (check in time is 4 which is quite late anyways) and I was informed not ready yet and they will inform once it is ready. Checked again at 4:20, check in instructions were shared but I was asked to wait and no update for an hour before I asked again around 5:20 They don’t allow early check in, remind you multiple time for on time check out but not so proactive when it comes to check in. Even for the deposit, I was told it’ll take 1-3 biz days for the refund to process. Lot of improvement scope there as well regarding deposit and refund process.

Environment of the place, a lot of foreigners. They don’t care people around. Very rude and no respect towards others.

Customer service response very fast, service was very good and value money to stay!

It’s near KSL

The lift (only 1 working ) took 45 min to get down. It’s either always full or takes a long time to come up Unit is ok only. The fridge was not working. Should have informed us first. We went with perishables and had to throw them away.
