The staff were really nice
AVOID! Cockroaches, door breaking off, slow wifi, safe that didn’t work and noisy, run down place in need of a real clean, and infrastructure upgrade. Twice the card key stopped working.
The staff are fantastic and for that reason alone I was hesitant to post. They are a bright element, hardworking.
How does Booking allow this hotel to have a four star allocation is a disgrace.
No restaurant and while the view from the pool is fantastic, there are better places. It’s at best 2.5 stars. I left early and it should be noted I rarely review hotels, today I did as soon as I could. View and staff yes fantastic, the rest of the place is a dump and the area is a little unsafe

La habitación que me dieron el aire acondicionado se apagaba cada rato me tuvieron q cambiar de habitación, no hay restaurantes ni bar ni música las instalaciones le falta mantenimiento aparte que el baño no tenía puerta y se inundaba el baño

A few problems: the first room (door didnt lock), then the second room was dirty and then I stayed at a third room, where I slept terribly because a huge party was happening on the room above mine...

The parking garage and the view
They lied about providing breakfast, all the time smell like smoke, the walls are covered in smoke tint, and also lied about the coffee. There is no coffee

The bathroom was runned down, and everything looked a little uncared for. There was NO WORKING WIFI ON MY FLOOR, so I couldn't work remotely from the room I had rented to do so.....
Asked for an extra pillow for my travel companion they have a bad back, and it was met with we don't do that. It took like 4 min of me talking to Reception to get one. Check-in was at 2. One of the other guests that we were paying for arrived 1:15, and they refused to have an early check-in, and the staff was just plain rude!

The location was excellent.
I didnt like the fact that the room was small and had a funny smell, also no one came to clean the room in 6 days. There was not a Cafeteria in the Hotel, no coffee pots in the room either. And Hotel was charging 3 dollars for a very bad cup of coffee in the lobby.

Room was advertised as $109 but cost💲 $129
There room was spartan to say the least - no towels, a sink with plates sitting in it but oddly no cupboards or drawer. Soap and shampoo in the bathroom (the new shower leaked) but that was absolutely it. No breakfast as the restaurant was shut. Our only conclusion is that it was very bad workmanship in a new room that hasn’t been finished.

Pool area, the beds and the views. The drinks were pretty nice and the location is pretty cool.

the hotel is a mess! it does not deserve a single star! full of drug addicts and prostitutes at the entrance! please do not book this hotel for your safety

I like the rooftop, Carlos the bartender was great. He guided me about where I could go eat, since there is not a restaurant in the hotel.
I did not like the fact that there is no Cafeteria in the hotel. Going outside for every meal was an inconvenience.

The size of the room
The room smelt badly from the dirty carpets, aircon super loud and impossible to sleep with. Sleeping without aircon wax impossible due to the terrible smell from the carpet and humidity. The wifi was not working in one room and in another was on and off. Location not good, not very safe, we saw prostitute in front of hotel.

Very helpful staff, especially the boys from reception and bar (thanks again for explaining AC and calling a driver) and awesome rooftop pool and view. I would book again.

pretty hotel, comfortable beds and beautiful view
the service. no coffee maker, microwave or anything inside the rooms. no towels.

I don’t know how this hotel has four stars This is one of the worst hotel I ever stayed after I checked in. my room has nothing no towels no pillows I had to ask couple times for pillows, towels and the room has a funny smell, I would definitely stay somewhere else next time I come back.

The staff was extremely accommodating and kind when we said we couldn't stay there. They refunded us our money without us even asking.
The restaurant was closed. When we got to our room the smell of mold was so overwhelming we couldn't breath. We have reasonable expectations when traveling knowing that everything won't be perfect but the smell was unbearable. We stayed in the room long enough to find another place to stay. The staff was so kind and tried to offer us another room but we said no thank you.
