Si trova a 6 minuti a piedi dalla famosa spiaggia di Pompano e puoi raggiungere a piedi negozi, ristoranti e altro ancora.
Forniamo sdraio, ombrelloni, teli mare e teli mare da portare in spiaggia.
La spiaggia di Pompano è una delle migliori destinazioni nel sud della Florida e qui hai tutti i vantaggi di essere così vicino alla spiaggia ma anche proprio sulla via navigabile intracoastal in modo da ottenere il meglio da entrambi.

Forniamo 2 set di asciugamani e 2 set di lenzuola di cotone ad alto numero di fili per ogni camera da letto e teli mare.
Ogni bagno ha un asciugacapelli.

The place was SPOTLESS, and everything just seemed so thoughtful. From the extra soft and ample towels, to the free laundry area with books and brand new coolers, to the comfy king beds and window coverings, to the multiple seating options outside and remote controlled hot tub, we were just in heaven for our 3 nights!!
I was recovering from an ankle sprain, so was glad to have a rental car, but you could easily walk to the beach (about 5 mins), and it was a quiet, lovely stretch of sand and clear water. We took a wagon, two brand new chairs, a brand new umbrella, and a full cooler, and had the best time in our little spot of shade!
I think we swam in the pool about 15 times a day, just because it was right off the patio of our unit 4. Gorgeous sunsets every night, and fun yet not overwhelming action watching all the boats peel through, haha! We went to Publix on the first day and literally never went out because we just loved being home so much!
Communication and instructions were easy and efficient. Great alternative to beachfront and still waterfront with palm trees in every direction. We'll be trying to get back for another stay asap!

Very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Pompano. A person can get pretty relaxed on a lounge chair, wading in the pool or sitting in the spa while watching all the boats pass in front of you on the Intercoastal. Kaukuta was a pleasure to work with.👍😎

Perfect location
This was a great property to stay at. The property manager, K, was responsive and provided lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The place was clean, modern, and sizable. It was my first time staying in the area. Although we rented a car, you really don't need it if you're staying local. We were walking distance from a lot of great restaurants. It's a beautiful property to stay at overlooking the water!

We had a fabulous time! Location was perfect. Enjoyed watching boats (of all sizes) go by daily! The property manager was friendly, attentive, easily accessible and eager to please. We will definitely be back!

Don't judge this great property by the walk up when you first arrive....the apartment is fabulous! It's well decorated, VERY CLEAN and no detail is missed. This property even has sunscreen and coolers for your use. I'm staying here every time I need to be in south Florida. Excellent communication....could go on and on.

We loved having coffee there in the morning, watching the clouds & boats go by, as well as the lizards make their stroll along the dock. Since we were in FL for nearly 10 days, I loved that the laundry room was right there. The owner was great, very communicative and right on top of any little issue that came up--not that we had any issues. All of us raved about out stay and wished we could have stayed longer. If we're ever in Pompano Beach again, I know we'll try to book here.

A couple days in paradise
My wife and I and another couple stayed in the 2 bedroom lower level apartment A. We would definitely recommend staying on the lower floor easy access to pool, grill and laundry. The river view is great, fun to watch boats . The apartment was very clean and beautiful and it had everything you could need.. just bring your clothes. it also came with high quality beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler. Kaukuta was a great host! He answered any questions we had and was there if we needed him for anything.
Don't hesitate to book ! We will be back again!

Fantastic experience
I stayed in Apt 4 with my husband and son for 8 days. The one phrase that kept coming to mind during the entire stay was 'white glove service'. Kaukuta went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. For example, I remarked that the mattress was firmer than I was used to and he immediately went out and purchased a new memory foam topper for us! Truly amazing service. The apartment itself is immaculate and beautiful. I can't wait for the availability to free up again for our next visit!

Outstanding Property and Management
This was our second time staring at Kanda Zen, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The property is even better than the listing- and well stocked with anything you could need. The owner is on site often; he is friendly and professional. He keeps the interior and exterior extremely clean. The neighborhood is safe and convenient for walking. But the view... the view is the best of all! A true gem!!!

Slice of Heaven!
Our recent stay at Kanda Zen was simply amazing! Mr Saint does an outstanding job of providing a welcoming place, with soft towels, comfortable bedding, tasteful decorating and a special gift basket with wine, cheese and other adult beverages upon our arrival. Everything about this rental greatly exceeded my expectations from the well stocked, well organized kitchen to the patio/pool area with the most beautiful view...so peaceful. It is evident in the details that Mr Saint maintains high standards in the quality of his properties and the care and thoughtfulness was felt from the minute we arrived! We would absolutely rent from KandaSun again...5 Stars all around!

Beautifully renovated and modern unit situated on the Intacoastal with so many amenities. Owner met us at check-in and provided lovely gift basket full of goodies upon our arrival. Great beds, fluffy bath towels and beach towels, free laundry room with detergent. Felt like our own private home with pool and spa to ourselves . I’ve stayed in many different places in this area and this is the best by far!

Excellent property on the inter coastal waterfront
This is a lovely modern property with swimming pool and BBQ areas right on the waterfront.
Fabulous to watch the boats whilst swimming in the pool or having an evening drink or meal.
Easy walking distance to the beach and chairs, umbrella's and cool boxes are provided.
The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable with all the technology including large screen TV.

A wonderful short 5 day stay.
The property was top shelf. The condo's were well maintained on the outside and secured with a fence and locks to insure privacy. There were tables on the courtyard and in the back on the Intercostal Waterway. Fabulous. It contained everything we could imagine. Washer/ dryer and supplies were on hand. The kitchen was well outfitted. We and had beach chairs, towels and beach umbrella. Kakuta met us and showed us the entire condo and suggested restaurants and sites to visit.

Girls weekend
Three of us had a great time in unit 4 of Kanda Zen. The unit is spotless and even better than the photos. The fine details sets this place apart from other vacation rentals. Too many details to mention but a few to note are; the welcome basket was a welcomed sight since our flight was delayed and we arrived later than expected - food!! The kitchen was well equipped and there were several BBQ’s to cook on. The towels were abundant and soft, the 2 bathrooms were updated and super clean. The 2 kings beds were very comfortable. There were other people at this 5 unit accommodation but there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We spent most of our days on the loungers, sunning ourselves and jumping in the pool to cool off. Watching all the boats and yachts go by was very entertaining. The owner is very responsive and his pride in this accommodation is evident. We will be back!
