At first glance it seemed ok. But then a spent a night in the bed

TWO WORDS. BED BUGS. THE PLACE WAS DIRTY AND NOT REALLY UP TO SAFETY REGULATIONS. IT'S AN HMO. NO FIRE DOORS. NO FIRE ALARM SYSTEM. THE SHOWER BIZZARELY VENTED INTO THE KITCHEN .

Me & my friends had just a night's stay at the place but it was peaceful and we loved how lovely the room looked. everything was clean and tidy, nicely arranged, including the bathroom.The location is easy to find near to IKEA and vally park, and the neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful. Overall, we loved the stay and am thankful for the memories

it was not all negetive. there were a few things i was happy about. the location is very close to tram station, however if you drive , it is very busy to go anywhere. wifi was available , standard 10mb and 20 mb connections , both with same pass. area has 5G coverage for people with unlimited plans. parking space was more than big enough, very happy about that. shower worked, there was hot and cold water toilet was clean (seat and sink ) the shower area is aged but its fine.

i messaged staff before hand to ask if there was a fridge and microwave and they said yes it will be available. there was None of that. the worst thing was cleanliness. I understand that a house that is for rent isnt the most renovated but it should have old tenants crap in the room , there needs to be hover or cleaned with a mop and there must not be any spider webs , because that means that the room has not been cleaned for a while something else that was even worse. the kettle had old Smelly (worse than puke ) water in it and it was filled with that filth , i honestly was about to leave but unfortunately i didnt have any where else to go :( Bed was creaky with the oldest mattress that can pass as mattress. the lock on the room door can be better, its an old version of a long with big old key and you can almost see inside the room via a slit if you push the door. No fan. it was annoyingly hot at night but i managed by keeping the window open. Dont book if you want clean room, comfortable bed and any other type of cleanliness.

Little bubbles on the floor which is health and safety hazard. Dirt swept in the corner! Base of bed is broken. Bedsheet not ironed Empty bottles of bath/shower gel left in bathroom

They said was cleaned before we arrived but was so filthy. The kitchen had ants, the bed sofa and curtains was all stained including bedding, some of the stains looked like blood and the bed was slatted with what looks like clip flooring which wasnt screwed in and only went half the bed so really unstable. The bathroom push plug had been snapped. Wont use them again

Very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, the shower is very good, the host is very nice and was there for whatever we needed.

Definetly using that again nice place with car park and shopings. Perfect!

It's a clean and well-maintained property highly recommended
