Size of the room. Facilities were really good for families

Not super close to Cairns but wasn't a problem given we had a hire car

The cabin was bright and clean, there was a mini shop onsite to buy essentials or snacks. Very large holiday/campsite which is well maintained.

There were a lot of very large ants on the outside of the cabin, potentially a nest in the decking of the cabin porch. This was a shame as it would have been nice to sit in the outside area or not have to worry about having the door open for more than a couple of seconds, however, we had no ants in the actual cabin. The room was very damp and humid, this could be just Cairns but the air conditioning was also very likely not cleaned out as it was spreading around damp/mouldy smelling air around. Unfortunately it was so hot and humid it was not possible to sleep without the air conditioner, in the short space of time we stayed there (2 nights) I already experienced breathing issues.

Great fun for the kids. Friendly staff Didn't need to leave the park, the children were busy everyday.

Aircon didn't reach otherside of room vent was broken couldn't adjust.

We are locals and come here often, the facilities and staff are always amazing. This time, they went above and beyond when I was unwell to ensure I was comfortable. Adriana at the front desk especially lovely. The only thing that could have been better was if the pool wasn’t so warm. apart from that, 5 stars as always!

the unit was very dark and due to weather even darker inside and not conducive to sitting outside. the palm trees were dropping their seeds on the roof all night and they made the patio and pathway easy to slip on
