The location is excellent, just next to the main train station. So convenient and many eateries around. Next to a Uniqlo, Watsons and convenience store. Free good coffee in the lobby lounge.

Very close to Taipei main train station, close to xi men ding, walkable distance to many sights, and plenty of restaurants to choose. The room is clean and spacious, front desk is very helpful and friendly.

This hotel takes up 2 floors in a 10 floor building, which means you’re sharing elevators with many other businesses’ patrons or employees - so longer waiting time during rush hour. There is 1 instance where I have to wait for the next lift during my 1 night stay. You can hear faint noises from the street from hotel room. Not major issue, but a tad bit annoying.

The location was great. It was close to the station and shops. The mcdonalds in the building was convenient for early morning breakfast. The room we stayed at was spacious enough for 2 people with 5 suitcases (3 checked in and 2 carry on). The price is reasonable for the location but I would not stay for longer than 2 nights.

They consider the hotel an eco hotel and they do not clean your room during your stay; you have to request for towels or garbage bags if you need them; the toilet also did not have enough exhaust and if you are staying in a no window room, i would recommend getting a toilet spray. They have the bare minimum toiletries but lack hair conditioner and q-tips.. Lastly, they give out glitter pens as "presents" to customers who would give them a 5star rating, which i think was the biggest dealbreaker for me to not book them again.

the room was terrible. mold everywhere in the room and smell was disgusting. i felt sick after i stayed there I couldn’t even breathe, ruin the beginning of my travel. they shouldn’t sell that room. they offered me another rooms which was a but better however we booked a family room to stay 3 of us together but it was double bed room which was no useful anyway.

Bed sheet has huge stains. A LAYER of Dust all over rhe room. Shifted to stick the bed together and the floor reveal a rotten mouldy stuff not sure what is it. 20cm in length. Very bad cleanliness.

The aircon was very noisy, the room was dirty. they only provide cleaning for the room every 3 days, which also means toilet paper/tissue is not enough. No new towels. It was terrible.

Location was great. Facilities was excellent. Breakfast is a bargain.

Either i didn’t know how to use the remote, there was no way to really set the temperature during one of the coldest period in Taiwan. It was cold in the room. Some heater would have been nice.

Great location, only about 5 minutes walk to the nearest train station exit. The room was spacious enough to put all our luggage and not cramped at all. Bed was firm enough and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Will choose this place again if I do come back in future.

Although the windows were mostly tinted and unable to see the view outside, there was sufficient natural lighting in the room. It was also odd that there was no toilet roll holder and I wished there were more hooks to hang clothes.

Location right beside Taipei station, friendly check in staff (Natasha), good value, and they gave me a free upgrade which is always nice. Also the room was very quiet, especially when you consider the location.

A little bit of mould in the room should be cleaned. A little difficult to find where exactly the entrance is.

The facility was great, super comfy bed, everything was clean staff were amazing, and great convenient location, very central to everything. Size of room was really good.

Odour in the room - it could come from the leakage and water seeping through the flooring or the bedding. it smell like urine.

The room was dark and small with no window and the bed was small too. The pillows were way too soft with no neck support. Price was on the high side given the small size room. The aircon was not working and they only wanted to provide a fan which I disagreed. They had no choice but to change my room as I will come back to stay again after I returned from Taichung. I booked a bigger room after returning from Taichung and the bed was bigger, a king sized bed. The hotel took up 2 floors in a commercial building with other hotels like Smile Inn & Apause Inn. There are also other companies and educational centres in the building. There are only 2 lifts serving which could be a longer wait at peak hours. There's a paid washer and a separate paid dryer in this hotel. The washer and dryer were good which were the only things I felt was better than the other hotel, Hinoen. The hotel is located about 5mins walking distance from the exit Z4 of Taipei Main Station, which is the only one with lift. However, Taipei Main Station is really huge with underground shopping mall and so many exits even after a week we were still unsure of the directions. Many a time we needed to back track and we're really tired from searching for the exits. Overall, it's not too bad just that I don't think I will return to this hotel on my next visit. Wouldn't recommend classic double no window.
