pool and garden...

स्टाफ और रूम फैसिलिटी ठीक नहीं थी .. सबसे ज्यादा खराब इनके मैनेजर की भाषा जो की ऐसा लगता है बीमार विचार वाले थे ।। जब मैं चेकआउट कर रहा था 11/09/2024 को मैन सभी अपनी पेमेंट कर वेटिंग रूम में अपनी फैमिली के साथ बैठा था .. मेरे साथ मेरा pet भी बैठा था मेरे टाटा ट्रैवलर का पंचर होने की वजह से हमे वेट करना पढ़ा . उसी दौरान होटल के मैनेजर ने मुझसे कहा की आप अपने pet को बाहर लेकर जाए हमारे गेस्ट को तकलीफ हो रही है मैने कहा ठीक है , मैं पार्क में ले जाता हू manger ने कहा नही आप होटल के गेट से बाहर ले जाए .. मैं बाहर ले गया, थोड़ी देर में होटल के मालिक का pet आ गया जिसको ये लोग होटल अंदर बैठाए हुए थे , जबकि कस्टमर को बाहर जाने को कहा गया वो भी होटल के गेट से बाहर ... मैं मान सकता हु की दो pet एक साथ नही रहने चाइए लेकिन ये भाषा मैनेजर की आप होटल के गेट से बाहर ही हो जाए ये ठीक नही लगा ये मंदबुद्धि दिमाग के व्यक्ति की सोच हो सकती है ऐसा मुझे लगा क्योंकि इतना बड़ा गार्डन था काफी जगह तो खाली पड़ी थी गार्डन के इलावा .. लेकिन गर्मी के मौसम में ये बोलना की आप होटल के गेट से बाहर ही हो जाइए ये भाषा मंदबुद्धि व्यक्ति की हो सकती है .== जबकि मैने अपने pet के फेयर अलग से पे किया था जो इन्होंने अलग मांगा था 1800/नाइट .. जबकि मै तो चेकआउट कर चुका था केवल वेट कर रहा था अपनी टाटा ट्रैवलर जो की पंचर हो गई थी जिसको थोड़ा समय लग गया ... अब ऐसे manger अपने कस्टमर से ऐसा बरताव करेंगे तो कैसे कोई दुबारा आयेगा .. कमियां बहुत थी लेकिन मैने सबको इग्नोर किया क्योंकि वो मेरा परमानेंट घर तो था नही .. लेकिन बहुत खराब व्यवहार किया इनके मैनेजर ने ... अच्छा व्यक्ति नही है

When i visit Renovation was going on... Building was old (i would suggest new paint :-D) but Rooms were very good all basic facilities were provided. Rooms were large in size. Though i feel bathroom were small. We demanded for extra bedding & instead of a extra mattress we got the actual folding bed. Hotel is just 2kms away from Partition museum & Golden temple. Auto-Rickshaws were easily available. Novelty Mall was just on walking distance. Best park was open space & covered parking.

Bathrooms could have been large. Also, AC was centralized , we were not able to set temperature according to our need. So, I guess AC controls should also be present. Food as per the menu seems to be expensive. We had tea & it costs us Rs 500. Pool rules were very strict. Without swim wears you cant go to the pool. Timings were also limited. I would recommend at-least for hotel guests these rules should be lenient.

Food was absolutely delicious and very well prepared throughout, totally brilliant. Great large bed provided as two beds were well put together. Great size room with ample space to move around freely and store several large luggages.

They have a swimming pool which is why I chose the hotel initially. However, the disappointing part was that it was only available from 7:00am to 8:00am ONLY! Not sure why they even have a pool as it was clear they do not really want guest to use it hence the ridiculous opening/usage times. Hotel is rather dated as the lift is something from the 1970’s and seems that it may shut down suddenly. The fixtures and fittings are very dated and rather inferior. The bath tub was filthy and I personally had to clean it for my infant to bathe in. In addition, the water pressure can be said to be zero as water trickled out. It took forever to fill the bath to around seven inches of water. Overall the cleanliness and fittings of the room was disappointing.

It was a great experience, the space was way more than expected. All in all beautiful property and very easily accessible to the main road for transportation. The staff has been beyond helpful.
