Our room ( 3 paxs)was not prepared when we came and when an extra bed came there were no pillows for the bed
Someone had entered our room while we were away and one of the locks for the bags was broken !!

Location, in terms of nearness to most tourist spots, is the only perk this place has to offer
The service was exceptionally poor. We had to follow up 3-4 times for every basic request like getting clean cups. The AC cooling was bad, in peak summers. Even after the so called checking and repairing for 10-15 min which was an inconvenience in itself, it barely improved. Overall, a pathetic experience. Would not be recommending this stay to anyone.

Very nice stay.Very good staff. The attendant specially Manjot front office is really great guy who attended and guided us on very first interaction n explained about AMRITSAR whole heartedly.V vsh him best for future in field of hospitality. Neat n clean property.

I liked everything.
There was no privacy in the bathroom ….No screen between room and bathroom totally transparent glass.

1) The response from front desk for queries on booking.com chat were very slow.
2) The breakfast Buffet should have more options especially in non-veg (not counting egg) - apart from chicken stew and sausages (sausages were upon request)
3) The House keeping could have been a little nore prompt/proactive...

Room given to us was not clean , the beds were not made ,some one was checked out and we were checked in ,that ways ,,,,,,,,, poor service at the breakfast ,, we were at the table at 10 am but major things were on there on the buffet table ..
breakfast was very miss managed ... we had to ask for many of things .. very poor experience ..
Frankly ... it was a very bad experience...
we have stayed in Holiday inn in mumbai ..
and going to stay in Goa on the 12th or 14th of feb ...
But this was the worse AMRITSAR HOLIDAY INN ..

Breakfast was ok! Staff were friendly!
They have Centralized AC, due to which the room temperature was very chill.
Also housekeeping staff missed to provide Towels multiple times.
I requested for non smoking room however they provided me smoking rooms when I checked in. This was changed later after my request.
