The residence was relatively clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was nutritious and varied. There is plenty of parking around. 10-15 minutes drive from Rabigh Corniche and the beach Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place and would stay here again when I visit Rabigh.

Saw some insects crawling on the floor. Renovation happening to some floors or rooms so maybe a bit dusty. But other than seeing the works when going down, no noise at night.

تسجيل الدخول اخذ وقت كبير لأن الفندق لم يلتزم بحجز بوكينج ولم يوجد مكان شاغر الوحدة متهالكة وكل شيء خربان المكيفات خربانه الاضاء خربانة دورات المياه تحتاج إلى صيانة التلفزيون مستبدل بتلفزيون صغير جدا كأنه شاشة كمبيوتر وغير مطابق للصور المعروضة فرش الوحدة والسجاد متسخ ومبقع جميع الخدمات سيئة بوفيه الافطار متواضع جدا والله يعز النعمة

الموظفين جدا متعاونين، الافطار والمطعم ممتاز ومتنوع الموقع أيضا ممتاز

السجاد في الغرفه نوعا ما فيه رائحه ومحروق في مناطق صغيره، لكن بشكل عام جيد جدا ولايؤثر على الإقامه

اشكر جميع الموظفين في الرسبشن لسهولة التعامل وشكر خاص للاستاذة السورية تبع الافطار كانت في قمة الرقي والاخلاق والتعاون بكل رحابه وبشاشة الله يسعدها. الافطار جميل جدا جدا فوق التوقعات صراحة ويكون وجهتي باذن الله في الزيارات القادمة.

Check-in i reached hotel around 11:30pm after around 6,7 hours of travel and at the reception there was a guy who only speak Arabic and he offered me not to stay as you booked from Booking.com instead he offer me that he can accommodate with the same price but he cannot check me in from Booking.com. Then I contact Booking.com 24/7 support and told them the issue and they help to check-in after around 1.5 hour.

Warm welcome. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room.

Fast checkout from a beautiful front desk personnel. They tried to help as much as they can and highly appreciate it.

The place is a little bit old. With proper management, I believe the hotel has a lot of things to be improved. No towel in the bathroom.need to remind them about it.
