It was clean. Staff were friendly.
The aircon took a long time to get cold.
And it was difficult to order dinner because the menu were in cambodian characters. It would be nice to have an english translation on the menu for fast ordering.

Room was clean on that day i stayed.
Its not that i didnt like but It was just a little hard to communicate with the staff bec of the language. But over all they were nice staff.

Everything was Nice! Staff was helpful. They help us a lot. Really near the airport.
Beware of thieves and robbers hanging around the hotel. We were robbed of a handbag which contained our passports and money. Everyone should be really vigilant!

Closer to the airport. Superb breakfast and staff was super friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Staff at the hotel were lovely, they helped us print of some documents for our next location. Room was lovely and clean, bed was really comfy so we're the pillows. Shower was nice and hot. The hotel offers free complementary shuttle service to the airport which is less than 10 minutes away.

Perfect location for the airport about 5 mins away and they offer a free tuk tuk to the airport. Comfy bed and nice hot shower.
Shower takes about 5 mins to heat up.

The room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. Quoted $15 to collect from airport. we got a local Tuk Tuk for $3. This is a Chinese owned hotel that caters Chinese people. The breakfast was poor.

The air conditioner in the first room was broken, then I was moved to another room, and then the shower head was broken.The water dripped all night and it was like something out of a horror movie, so disappointing.
A lot of the equipment is broken.

As I mentioned above, the breakfast was outstanding....several different selections every morning. It would be PERFECT if you could add some of your very special Asian fruit juices such as Ken Sa Weyy (Lychee), Pineapple,
Apple, or Orange.
Your wooden chairs in the breakfast dinning are as well as in my sleeping room were VERY NOISY and hurt my ears every time anyone moved on even the slightest. The problem is the hardwood sliding on your beautiful ceramic and/or marble floors. PLEASE attach either felt or other "quiet" glides to the bottom of each chair leg for perfect quietness and much easier moving of the chairs. In my room, when the person in the room above me moved their wooden chair the noise was VERY LOUD and irritating in my room and disturbed my sleep or leisure. They had my passport behind the reception and told me they did not keep.they did not realise there mistake until it was too late.i missed my flights and will probably never return to cambodia as a result. It cost me thousands.

Overall the stay is good, because just only short trip. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The room is huge is good for family would like to stay together.
This is the second time i stay at the hotel, the water pressure is slow....Is difficult to shower if others people turn on the water.
