room was cozy! very comfortable spending 2 nights there! everything was in order and working well! will definitely book again for future trips!
the toilet shower head holder was broken. 😞

Clean & nice .
Wifi internet is on & off when using . Need to improve in this .

Convenient location. Supper available downstairs, breakfast options down the street and mall entrance just next door. Bathroom was big and bath soap was provided. Wifi works well and aircon is powerful enough to cool down whole room fast.
It can be crowded at the lift lobby on Fri/Sat night when everyone is trying to go back to their rooms.

The pillow super smelly. 1 single bed pillow another one is the sofa pillow. Better wash properly put some softener for next guest using.

Bed was good comfortable to sleep and ofcourse KSL got massage parlour,hair salon and food.Easy access to Dinosaur water theme park at Ksl Resort.Host is very responsive to query.
No washing machine,lift issue,floor is sticky, ants and swimming pool is closed for maintenance but lucky we manage to access to Ksl Resort Dinosaur Water Theme Park.There is leftover food in fridge maybe from previous guest and also a bowl have cigarette mark.Host need to take note.

Location is good.
Waiting time to take the lift was long. Especially check outvtime coz the lift was already full when reached our level.

Nice View from Balcony. Had cooking area with induction stove and washing machine.
Sofa sinks in when seated. Bed mattress could have been more firm.

It's just next to KSL, the location was 10/10 for convenient! I love the Star Wars Deco too!

I suggest to put a shower curtain in the shower area to prevent water from splashing all over the bathroom

Good location, staff was nice to assist for self check in&out. Didn't expect a bathtub.
Not so clean, upset by small cockroaches.
Overall- It feels dark due to the dark theme and very dim.

The location is very strategic, do not worry about eat & shop at all. The shopping mall just next door, & u can find alot of eatery shops nearby
The building lift design is really bad, it has 2 doors & u will never know which will open (front or back)

Location
Booked dreams studio that has bunk beds but was allocated 1 king+1queen. Aircon has a moldy smell, and needed to air for a while before it's normal. The bath tub was leaking so after the shower, the bathroom floor was totally wet. The bathroom sink stopper release mechanism was not functioning, housekeeping left the stopper on the counter top so we had to be careful when using the sink so as not to drop anything. The bath tub was full of mold stains. Staff text us before 7am during check out day to remind us 'its back to back booking' even though we already said leaving at 930am. Even if they are chasing us out, they could have done it at a more decent time..

the room is clean. the balcony’s view is nice.
its always the lift. be it hotel or residence. always crowded. even the residents there are quite unhappy. best avoid during check in/out time coz it’s so difficult to get a lift.
