the location was very convenient for us- we found a free parking spot fast and didn't move the car again during our whole stay. instead, we used the taxis that waited just under the building. There is a very good bakery in the building and a market on the street. the apartment is spacious and well-designed. I loved the big refrigerator and well-equipped kitchen. check-in and check-out were easy, and Stefan was very nice.

this is a first-floor apartment in the middle of the city, so no wonder the apartment has light and noise from the street. some things need fixing (closets doors etc.)

The flat is huge and comfortably hosted 3 adults and 2 kids. There is easy access to the bus and tram to get to the city center.

Unfortunately this flat has seen better days. The bed linens are threadbare and it is in general need of a deep clean.

Clean and spacious appartment, kitchen with all equipment you need, excellent communication with the host, number of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, also a local market next to the appartment.

The furniture and decoration was a bit outdated.

Near the airport and Arena Armeec. Easy and accessible transport links. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and secure. Amazing communication with the owner. We arrived 11:30 pm he was very nice and helpful. Well impressed. Value for money. Plenty of shops and places to eat around.
