The staff are friendly and the price is okay
After asking them to change a cleaner room for me, those are what I found in that so called clean room
1.The bathroom and toilet are dirty with yellow stains
2.the bedsheet has stain on it,
3.the sink is very slow to get rid of the water,
4.the room smells very smoky,
5.the air conditioner is so loud

Hotel was comfortable and the staff professional.
The bathroom floor was slippery when wet and the air conditioner was leaking.

I was given king bed instead of 1.queen n 1 single.. Dont know if it was Booking Com s mistake or the hotel. Asked to.upgrade they said full but when 1 of the room we booked Aircond not cold they said can go to another room.. How is that?

I like the design in the room. Bed, comforter and pillow is very comfortable. Lighting is good. Enjoy the night here

Location close to paradigm mall and Sutera mall
Slow WiFi, desk too small only enough for one person use, only 1 lift. Wall along corridor to lift is grey/ cemented wall, could make it warmer with some painting or picture

Cleanliness and the room environment. Basically everything is perfect for this affordable room rate. I choose the hotel after reading all the good reviews, and it doesn't disappointed me.
Only the bathroom's floor tiles were abit slippery when it is wet. Just need to be careful.

5 minutes walk to coffeeshop.
Parking lots are limited. No breakfast

this property is over rated 8 plus point. actual fact it just like other hotel below 8 points. toilet table top in 2 rooms i stayed was broken. no warm water from sink tap. price were bit expensive. hard to find parking as pub just next to it. noise from the pub too
