It’s location

I had cockroaches in my room. Bathroom showers needed a deep clean. The window curtains didn’t close right so the advertising light outside came straight through the window.

The Room was good and very tidy. The Bathroom was good and clean I really haven't got any dislikes for the room and bathroom

There was only one thing wrong and that was a jug and cups for a good night drink before we go to bed eg a chocolate drink

location close to station, value for money, free water bottle and refill.

Room had a stench of cigarette smell, no kettle in room for tea/coffee, cant see netflix app on tv or cast function from mobile phone

Clean, big room, clean bathrooms, rail and bus at door, all the shops you need around, bistro meal was excellent

Light off street but cleaner gave me a cover to make room darker at night

No fridge or something for food, so you cannot keep food, difficult communications with the guy to check-in on sunday even if there was a mistake with the schedule on booking.com he wasn't really nice

When I arrived at the reception with my booking confirmed after à long trip, the receptionnist told me that my booking wasn't confirmed and that no room were available.... It putted me in a very stressful situation because all hotel's were already fully booked because of mardi gras in Sydney. I spended the night looking for another hotel faraway which has costed me a fortune. Simply unacceptable !

they charged me $100 in case if the room is damaged and they never gave me my money back when I didn’t damage the room. Very unprofessional!

location is in a gambling casino? That should be mentioned in the information about the place. Also, the registration entrance is through the casino and bar! Totally unacceptable and there was no sign outside with the name other than VIP Casino.

I liked the cleanliness of the facility and the comfortable bed. The facility was adequately air-conditioned inside. Shared bathrooms were very clean and well serviced. Staff were reasonably attentive, though some language barrier was encountered.

The room was quite small at around 3x3 metres, and there are no open areas or fresh air ventilation in the common areas. It also lacked a refrigerator in the room.The downstairs area was under renovation at the time, meaning that the only check-in facility was in the gaming room area (smoking), which would not suit a non-smoker, recovering gambler, or children.
