Il cottage è un affitto stagionale che inizia il weekend della Festa della Mamma attraverso il Columbus Weekend!
Questo cottage è ben tenuto 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni vacanza estiva. E 'perfetto per famiglie o piccoli gruppi in cerca di un momento di relax nella regione dei laghi del New Hampshire. Il cottage dorme comodamente 8 che offre 1800 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale. Il cottage ha un ampio portico riparato con una splendida vista sul lago Winnisquam e una grande cucina con elettrodomestici di dimensioni complete. Recentemente abbiamo aggiornato il pavimento in cucina e nell'area den. Abbiamo aggiunto alcune foto per mostrare l'aggiornamento, quindi non essere confuso se vedi le foto senza moquette! Il cottage è immerso in 9 acri di spazio comune direttamente sulle rive del lago. È sull'ultima baia del Lago Winnisquam quindi è abbastanza con non un sacco di canottaggio nella baia diversa da quelle che vivono sulla baia quindi è perfetto per nuotare. Abbiamo un molo che può ospitare 4 barche ma è condiviso con le altre case sulla proprietà (altre 7 cabine). Abbiamo la possibilità di riservare una ricevuta per cottage settimanale se non precedentemente prenotata da un altro cottage. Gli ormeggi per il giorno sono disponibili ma, di nuovo, devono essere programmati in anticipo. Inutile dire che è la prima prenotazione prima servita. La proprietà è isolata fuori dalla Route 3, quindi è tranquilla e rilassante. C'è un sacco di attività da fare nella regione dei laghi NH, oltre a giocare al lago. Vieni a visitarci! This cottage is so great! So much room and every convenience you could ask for! Two bathrooms was such a plus, beds were comfortable and the lake was so close with a great beach area!

Great location with a great sandy beach for the kids to play on the beach, a launch point for the kayaks and a dock for our boat. Everything we needed to make it a memorable vacation!

This cabin is clean and just the right size for our family. Four adults and two children under 10. The lake is just beautiful. Can't wait until next summer! The owner is a pleasure to talk with and very accommodating.

We've been staying here for a few years now and it never disappoints. Great spot to relax and unwind. Private beach in a quiet little cove for swimming, fishing, paddleboarding. We always hate to leave and can't wait until next year.

When we walked into the cabin we were pleasantly surprised withe the layout. Perfect set up for our family. Not a long walk to the beach at all. The grounds are kept clean. But the best of all was the lake itself. Just breathtaking….the cleanliness, the view was spectacular. Will be going again.

My husband, kids (ages 10 and 7), and I stayed at this cabin for 6 nights/7 days. The cabin is comfortable, clean, charming, easily accessible to Lake Winnisquam, shopping essentials, and many of NH's best sites. We had a wonderful time and having this lovely home-base to return to at the end of a day of sight seeing or space to spend the day relaxing, was perfect. Best of all was the owner, Adelaide, and her pup, Caly. Adelaide was quickly responsive to all of my correspondence leading up to our stay and checked in with us during our stay. She demonstrated the perfect balance of attentive while giving us space to enjoy her cabin. My family and I are grateful for such a lovely vacation.

We have been renting this cabin for years and it never disappoints. It has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. From fans to dishes silverware cups ice maker and margaritaville machine your good to go from when you step through the door. There’s Wi-Fi a great tv and large family room for entertainment on rain days as well as endless shopping nearby. There is a canoe, great beach, unbeatable water and raft to swim to on sunny days. The cabin is tastefully decorated always comfortable with plenty of seating for a large family and extremely clean. We have never had an issue after many years of renting, this is truly a hidden gem we are grateful for!

Great place to stay right on the lake. The cottage was clean and the layout was perfect for two small families to have their own spaces. The best part was being right on the lake with a dock to put the boat.

Highlight of the yr for our family
This Cabin is the highlight of our large family’s yr. The cabin has plenty of room and entertainment for rain days and the beach and lake is beautiful on sunny days. It is the perfect getaway but still being close to everything you could ever want as far as shopping restaurants and entertainment. The cabin is always immaculate and check in is a breeze you couldn’t get a better host! We look forward to the next year the day we’re leaving and probably everyday in between.

Finally returned for a visit
Did not disappoint. First time back in 7 years and everything felt the same. Some updates on the cabin, but not too much to change the old feel. Great getaway cabin. Private beach is a definite plus! Felt like we returned home after a long trip. Renting was easy, contacting owner brought a quick response. Totally enjoyed our stay. I personally recommend this cabin. Tons to do in the area as well

Winnisquam Vacation
We had a wonderful week, loved the cabin; it was very peaceful and relaxing. Not a fan of Roku TV because we couldn’t watch the Red Sox but everything else was great. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Spot
This is a great spot, the cabin is big and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The private beach was immaculate including the sand being raked which was like the freshly raked infield of a professional baseball stadium or perfectly groomed ski mountain. Water was crystal clear with a gradual slope which is perfect for young kids. All in all this spacious cabin was just what the doctor ordered, and did I mention the wifi was fast and flawless, this was important because I had to work one of the days and after swimming all day, relaxing with a movie on the flat screen at night was awesome and the streaming television services worked great!! Definitely will be back

Perfect spot for a lake retreat
My family of 4 visited the property and lake for the first time last week. We were extremely happy with the experience. Communication from the Adelaide was excellent from the first inquiry through just days before our stay (a 6 month period and numerous points of communication). This made the things very clear. When we arrived the cottage was clean and orderly. Enough space for all or our needs. The lake was a short distance away. The cove was quiet all week. Being able to bring my boat and leave it on the dock all week was an additional bonus. The only downside was the restriction on guests due to the pandemic, but it's hard to voice concerns about a small inconvenience when you still get to enjoy a week of vacation. We will definitely be back.

Great Home
This house was perfect for what we needed. We went there to ride highlands mountain bike park and took some days off, this place was perfect to have as our home base. We grilled, we jumped in the lake, we hung out on the porch playing cards, we made a fire. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. If this place is open for the dates you need, consider yourself lucky.

Lovely week
We had a delightful time over the Fourth of July. The kids happily enjoyed the beach and we were able to rent a boat for a couple of days and the host helped us reserve a spot on the wharf. We were thankful for lovely weather and fans in windows! Found a laundromat in town and had our clothes and such washed and folded in one day. Thanks for everything!

Another amazing picturesque vacation in a beautiful cabin
We have been renting this cabin for years now and it does not disappoint! It has everything you would want from a cabin in NH and then some including modern amenities like smart tvs with WiFi for rainy days and an ice maker in the beautiful fridge. The 2 bathrooms make it easy for larger family’s and between the serene beach, crystal clear water and canoe included with the cabin your family will not be bored. Decor in the cabin in second to none so if you’re into interior decorating it feels like Chip and Joanna Gaines put there stamp on it. The fire pit has all the room and chairs for everyone to give you the true NH vacation. This makes this the best week of the year for my family and I’m sure yours too!
