Clean, Sunny, Spacious Waterfront Condo With WiFi and Private Entrance
Bellissimo, spazioso condominio con due camere da letto con ingresso indipendente. Il ponte si affaccia su splendidi giardini sulle rive del lago Winnisquam. Nuota, barca, kayak o pesce nel lago cristallino o semplicemente rilassati e guarda le barche sfilare. Qualunque cosa tu decida, abbiamo tutto. Siamo situati in posizione centrale proprio nel cuore della regione dei laghi ea soli 5 minuti dalla strada I-93 e dagli outlet di Tanger. Goditi tutti i servizi che la regione dei laghi ha da offrire, tra cui ristoranti, golf, sci, canottaggio e shopping, le White Mountains, North Conway, Weirs Beach e New Hampshire International Speedway, solo per citarne alcuni. The views were really nice and the area was quiet. The condo is very clean and well kept. The response to any questions and concerns was quick. Very enjoyable stay and would recommend. Will definitely save and look this up when I come back to the area.

Perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the outdoors with some hiking and then swimming in the lake. Even with some rain the outlets 10 miles away offer easy opportunity to spend money.

We spent a week in early July here and had a fantastic break. Stunning spot on the lake, we really enjoyed the deck and the dock (a new trampoline arrived on the lake for the association which was very exciting for our kids). The condo was really clean and had everything we needed (thank you!). Communication with host was spot on. A great base for activities in the area (boat hire on Winnisquam lake, cruise on Winnipesaukee lake, highland bike park, outlet shops, Meredith etc) and general lake living for a week! Highly recommend Margaret’s over the road for breakfast. We’d be back if it wasn’t so far for us (UK!).

Sam & Kristen provide a quick and smooth check-in process. They are responsive with any questions that may arrise. The condo is clean and has plenty of kitchen items to either grill or cook indoors. They have a deck directly outside of their condo where you can enjoy views of the lake. Mornings out on the patio are beautiful and quiet. The neighboorhood is quiet in general. There is another home in front of theirs which gives a small blocked view of the lake but in my opinion does not take away from the location. Its about a 30 second walk from the second floor condo to the lakefront patio which offers a large area to sit and enjoy the sun. Its equipped with patio furniture including chairs, loungers, high and low top tables. I would also suggest bringing beach towels. The listing does indicate beach and bath towels and they do offer many towels but they are all white.
The only thing I think could improve others stay would be an updated router for internet access. For me personally it didnt bother me but for those who want to watch TV or use it for a cell phone, the router needed to keep being rebooted and was not working.
This our second stay and we look forward to coming back again.

My husband and I came here for 3 nights in late November. It was a nice break for us before the busy-ness of December. The condo was spotless and charmingly decorated. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed long walks up Chapman Road across the way. Our only concern was the internet service, which was in and out (mostly out) all three days. It wasn't a major issue for us, but would be for anyone working remotely. Overall, a lovely place.

Quick trip, went to the Boston Symphony and did some leaf peeping. We’re really only at the property to sleep and for breakfast. It was quite comfortable though and enjoyed the morning views. The only surprise was finding out it was upstairs.

Great location and overall great environment. Condo owners within the same complex are very friendly and welcoming to renters. Our condo met all of our needs. The host was available to answer any questions. We brought a kayak and paddleboard and had safe storage when not in use. We had a perfect weekend and would absolutely look to rent again.

Great Time at Winnisquam
The place was in a beautiful spot. It is part of a small condo complex. Being on the 2nd floor made it a little more private. It was clean, well supplied and had an amazing view from the front deck. You could walk to the waterfront in about a minute where there was a spacious dock with tables, chairs umbrellas and loungers. There were steps down into the water with a sandy bottom. There was a swimming platform offshore. We really enjoyed our time there.

Condo on beautiful lake
The second floor condo is beautiful. It was very clean and the decor was lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the lakeside deck and our kids loved the water trampoline. It’s a peaceful setting. The neighbors were friendly. The owner was very responsive to questions. We would highly recommend.

Great Lakehouse stay
What a wonderful place! The home is part of a little condo complex with a shared dock right on the water. Most of the neighbors are the true owners of the property and they were all very friendly and informative. Though it is a shared dock we were the only people using it for most of the weekend so it really was not a problem for us. Even if there were other people it is a good size with multiple chairs so there is plenty of space. It’s also nice because there are different chair options: chaise lounge, regular chairs, and even a table with shade for those who need a break from the sun. The owners are very responsive to any questions and we had no issues at all.

Great place, great location
Located in the middle of the Lakes region. We were able to get to Boston, the coast, and the White Mountains easily. Plenty of dining and recreation options nearby as well. The unit was well kept and the owners were very easy to communicate with. We would rent here again and highly recommend it.

Updated, clean roomy condo on the lake. Views in posting a bit deceiving re: view as bldg set back and busy with other condo residents, despite winter. Also construction next door detracted from the winter privacy and solitude we were hoping for. Good location re proximity to Lake Winnipesaukee and other Lakes, and several small towns.

The cozy condo was clean and outfitted with all the essentials. It was a 30 drive to the Kanc Hwy and hiking . In warmer weather the deck would be a nice addition, although the sun was extremely warm coming in through the sliding glass window.A nice visit.

Clean comfortable condo on the lake. Very responsive owners to any questions we had and then when there was an ice/snow storm they allowed us to stay late and were super accommodating. Would stay again.

Very nice lakeside community condo
We had a wonderful time at the condo. The condo offers beautiful views of the lake from the private deck. Some of the view is blocked by a unit that sits directly in front of the unit. There is a seating area with lounge chairs and tables right on the water. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. We hope to stay at the condo in the spring.

Refreshing and peaceful
Lovely spot on the lake; so peaceful. Fully stocked cookery in the kitchen and the grill out on the deck. Clean and well appointed; ample linens. Enjoyed dining on the deck. Yes as one reviewer noted the lake view is very slightly obstructed by the property in front, but we and our guests found it to be minor. Short walk to two spots to get food and a very short drive to full super market and wine/liquor stores. Great washer and dryer. Lovely, attractive furnishings and very comfy beds. Much appreciated full welcome packet provided by and easy communications with Mr. K. Plenty to do...floats to use on the lake and we had a blast at the miniature golf course. Easy parking. Neighbors very friendly when encountered but we mainly laid low. Would love to go back.
