The hotel is conveniently located close to the Salt Mine and the train station. It has a nice garden and plenty of parking. The room was clean.

We have stayed in Turowka 10 years ago and coming back now it is apparent that the hotel has not undertaken any major improvements over the years. The rooms are tired and not well equipped. the shower head was broken and the staff (lovely ladies) did try to help fix it but we were told the maintenance guy was not around at the weekend. No coffee machines in the rooms. The taps were leaking. The blinds were broken. Definitely not a 4-star hotel. The swimming pool was very dated and cold. The paint was stripping off the walls in the spa area. The staff were hit and miss. Some very helpful and lovely others not so. Although the restaurant was half empty, our friends (hotel guests) were not allowed to dine there because they have not booked. They were told to eat at the bar area (the restaurant remained pretty empty all evening). The food is average. the bar is open till 22:00 only and after that you are literally kicked out. We booked a family room and told the hotel we will be traveling with an under 2-year-old and a toddler (asking for a cot). We were told that there is an extra charge for a cot. This was not communicated to us ahead of the stay. So when you book a family room at 700 zloty per night, your child has nowhere to sleep because the hotel charges extra even though a family room was booked. We were told this is pretty standard but of course they have no clue it is not (maybe some AirB&Bs would charge extra for a cot). Overall, not a great experience which is a shame.

good location to salt mine

found a very bad experience when having evening meal. There was a singers playing guitar and his amplifier was very loud so loud I needed to ask the young waitress to ask for it to be turned down. This actually ruined the meal for us as having a conversation with my husband was none existent. will never return again because of this experience.

Simple but very tasty food in the restaurant. Especially dishes from duck.

The room was very spacious and quiet. The food in the restaurant was tasty, I highly recommend. Espresso in the cafe was great. The pool could be bigger - but right after its opening it was empty and totally great for leisure swimming

Everything was great except for tiny things. There was no coffee maker in the room (which was announced) - instead there were two packs if instant coffee. And room service was not working all the time and the cost was 20 zl per order - so better go to the restaurant and spend the money on cocktails (those are great) :)

Great hotel, very helpfull staff, explained everything about activities around. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Good breakfast with big choise. Car parking.

In the middle of the happening, but situated in green park, walking distance to everywhere (5 minutes to salt mine, train, bus, supermarket...) Excellent wellness. Kids perfectly enjoy. Breakfast fresh with full variety.

This hotel and personal have perfect skill for all hosts. Recepcion, restauration, cleaners.. all personal is profesionals. Diner is amazing. 👍From me and my friends have top rating on this locality. Fantastic breakfast. Absolutelly clean all area. Perfect beds and quiet on the room. We like go to again on next trip for more days. We need try SPA area... Photo from breakfast.

It was extremly hot summer and airconditionin didn't work well that time, was too hot outside, but it's just small thing, the rest was amazing😊

Perfect for visiting salt mines, pool was perfect , outside was raining, we can be in pool durign ths time . Breaksfast - perfect a lot of variations. Restaurant in hotel was really tasty.

Resturants closed early on the day we arrived. And as it was Sunday the hotel couldn't manage to do our laundry. But i guess both are understandable and just our bad timing.

The staff were superb 👌 always going an extra mile to help. The location was perfect, with being 25 min from Krakow. The food and drinks was amazing and the rooms were so quiet and beds well I slepted like a log. The pool area and salt cave was so relaxing so nice to wake up and jump in the pool. I couldn't fault anything! Superb !! Cant wait to return
