I didn't like that when we got to our condo the safety lock was on. We couldn't open our door more than a few inches. After we called and talked to the people through where we booked our condo through the people from the condo next door came over and unlocked the door (it was an adjoining room and they were using both rooms until we got there). I also didn't like that before we got there they used our shower and hung out before our arrival. We also didn't know or realize until after the fact that the waterpark passes were NOT included so we had to pay an additional $50.00 per person to use the waterpark. Needless to say when we go back and stay at that resort we will book straight through the resort itself.

The size of the room

The tv was too small,the water park tickets not being included in the stay and not being specified on booking site.They inform you after you've paid your money that water park tickets aren't included.And not having extra towels during your stay just 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per guest for entire stay is kinda ridiculous.
