The bed frame on our bed was broken so it kind of sank in in the middle and the kids bed squeaked a lot so whenever they would move it woke us up

We go to the Dells a couple of times a year, and it's the first time we had a good night sleep. Will definitely be back!!

Everything, its our 3rd time here, we need fireplace so bad here!

nice location, quiet, nice playground

I prefer not to be specific but the staff made everything right and that was absolutely awesome. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

The rooms were nice and clean. Looked newly remodeled. The shower was nice big and had good water pressure. I loved that we could open the windows instead of having the air conditioner on all the time. The hotel was a little off the main Dells area, but it was great having it a little more quiet. Loved the shuffle board.

My only real complaints would be that they only give you 2 small flat pillows and there was no lamp on the nightstand so you had to get up and shut the light off before bed.

How understanding of my late arrival. How clean it was inside and out. All the little things for kids to do. And a very well kept pool and kiddie pool. And it was deep.

What I didn't like is so bougie and not more than really that. Literally they are remodeling😃 so I'm sure the Shower heads and rather smallish T.V's may still be in the yet to come list. But if not oh well still a great place.

Perfect for family with kids due to the playground and kiddie pool. Room service is good and Haleema, the summer intern in the check in office, was so helpful and welcoming. I surely recommend this place as it’s 10 minutes away from the downtown and all the attractions offered by Wisconsin Dells

The blankets smelled a little

Location is excellent; just off of county highway & only a few blocks from downtown. You're within minutes of all the Dells' attractions.

The beds were a bit soft for my liking & I had some trouble sleeping. I'm sure some people would find them ideal.
