Wir waren sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Lage ist natürlich absolut traumhaft. Wir sind erst mitten der Nacht angekommen und konnten nur am nächsten Morgen die schönen Berge bewundern.. Das Zimmer war absolut sauber und glänzte wortwörtlich. Der Frühstück war ganz ok - alles lecker. Das Badezimmer beispielhaft - hell und auch sehr sauber. Das Checkout ist ungewöhnlich spät (glaube, erst um 12 Uhr), was uns eine wunderbare Möglichkeit gegeben hat, einen unvergesslichen Spaziergang zu machen.
Der Parkplatz war voll und draußen an dem Straßenrand war auch alles voll. Wir haben uns letztendlich doch noch in ein Loch reingequätscht, allerdings so eng, dass ich durch den Kofferraum aussteigen musste. Es gab keinen Snackbar im Zimmer und wir waren viel zu müde um ein Snackautomat zu suchen. Das Bett war auf einer Seite top, doch auf der anderer Seite etwas seltsam - irgendwie viel zu hoch in der Mitte, sodass man quasi nur ungerade liegen konnte. Daher ordentliche Rückenschmerzen nach dem Aufwachen.

The location is closer to a big mall if you want to make some shoping. In front of the hotel is a buss station how can go to old town and make 23min. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was big.
The breakfast was good, they have some options and it was the same every day.
The parking was free, but have a lot of slots for Tesla charger and if you came in the nights. Maybe don`t find a free slot.

Wifi was a little slow on the first half of my stay - I was traveling for work so this mattered. However it did improve for the rest of the stay, so perhaps was just an off event

Warm and welcoming staff. Very helpful for non German speakers. Bus stop to downtown Innsbruck was right outside the door. Easy! Room was very comfortable. Well located and easy to reach from freeway. Gas stations and shopping nearby. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Lots of delicious options. We would return to this hotel any time.
