big villa with a lot of space for 4 people (adults). garden with bbq and kitchen has everything you need. great SPA with heated pool. beautiful grounds.

the resort and villa feel a little "tired" and need updating. You could call it "traditional" but in my opinion it doesn't meet lux standards / 5 Stars anymore. The idea of the resort is lovely but it is in need of some modernisation to bring it up to speed and into 2023- especially when comparing it to other resorts or hotels in the same category. Palma and Mallorca in general have so many gorgeous hotels - Marriott Vacation club has strong competition. The all over feel is too conservative and dusty, staff is nice but not overly friendly and doesn't go the extra mile, hotel has no eye for detail (especially for the well traveled and spoiled 5 stars guest)- the magic touch is missing that makes one feel welcome and wanna come back. Our villa was clean but the daily house keeping was very basic and doesn't meet 5 stars expectations either. An ambiance manager needed for the whole resort.

no shuttle to beach or into Palma so needed a car. The cafe not open for breakfast or morning coffee.

Room service forgot to close the Terrasse door after cleaning our Villa during our absence for beach and dinner. Room service doesn’t have enough time to clean the Villa. I know the reason cause the manage of Room Service told to the telephone that she gives maids 7 Minutes per day per Villa to clean everything.

Beautiful resort in a great location.

Marriott seem to have decided that the reduction in services and facilities which were imposed by the pandemic are a convenient excuse for continued reductions. Bery disappointing as this used to be a magnificent resort. I hope the powers that be review this and get standards beck to where they were and should be.

The resort and its ambience. Excellent facilities. Nice people, especially Raoul on reception.

The main restaurant closing at 9pm, which basically meant that the staff were hassling you if you arrived after 8.15. They were the only non-relaxed team we met in the whole place.

Excellent place for exploring the island. Very quiet in the evening. Nice surrounding. Good sport facilities. Large, comfy villas.

Good location, close to Palma, the airport and beautiful beaches.

unfortunately the usual kids club wasn’t available. Our children missed it a lot this year.

Good structure with many services. Very much appreciated the possibility to stay at the spa the day of leaving

We booked a room for 5 people, but room, even if very large, was equipped only for 4 people (however, we did not complain at reception, in case I guess they would have arranged one of the sofas as a bed )

Size of property

Distance of property from main clubhouse was unexpected. 15 mins walk. Garden and garden furniture could have been better.

Excellent standard, beautiful surroundings, first class facilities

Pity about the onsite Hotel not being available as of yet and some of the separate villa pools still to be filled but otherwise better than anticipated after the forced break.
