Stefany as well as Junin were very helpful and were knowledgeable about their job.
Patricia the breakfast lady was kind and always with a big smile.
Towels in the room had been changed every day.
Formalities the day of entry were very weird even a bit suspicious. They gave me a paper to sign and to seal with my fingerprint in case I brake or damage something. This never happened to me before.
Also they kept asking me for an entry visa. I explained again and again that my passport status doesn't require a visa.
The breakfast was nothing WOW.

Clean and in a safe area. The staff Stefanie and Hermis were very friendly, approachable and helpful with everything I needed. Breakfast was a lovely buffet of bread, cheese, fruit, cereal and scrambled eggs. The shower was hot with nice towels. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a petrol station for any snacks.

The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel team was very friendly and helpful. They even let us to check in early. The location is good, only few blocks from the main plaza.
Unfortunately, the breakfast were not available even it was advertised when booking the room. It meant to be included in the price. It was one of the reasons why I decided to book this particular hotel. Bit of letdown.

The hotel is located just at the edge of the historic center, so it's comfortable walking distance, and most day tour agencies will pick you up from the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very calm, the bed was comfortable and the best thing was the shower - warm and plentiful. One of the best hotels we stayed in so far in Peru. Would love to visit again.
