breakfast, hotel staff were very friendly, we were ordering customized breakfast, handwash laundry with same day delivery. we enjoyed with value of money. tricycle transportation comes to hotel with 100 peso only.

Quaint hotel with large rooms for all guests. beautiful balcony with views to the sea. Staff always accommodating & helpful. Breakfast room service every morning!

The staff is phenomenally accommodating - they helped us look for the place and were always checking if there's anything else they can do for us. The place is also in one of the inner streets so there's less noise for us. Wifi is great with a small shared lounge area outside our bedroom.

There's an incline going up to the place so it's not good for those who can't walk. The common area is shared by everyone else so I can imagine it being difficult if there are other tenants.

SERVICE. Ton-ton and his team really tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Every single request I made was acted upon and delivered in a timely manner. Personalized service trumps frou-frou amenities. Thank you!

If anything the lack of view. it's really just a clean, relaxing & quiet place to kick back after a busy day/night partying at the beach. It's not the type of hotel you post on IG (not that it's ugly), but definitely gets the job done. Gotta love the big shower area, though.

Breakfast

We stayed at 13 or so different accomodations during our 1 month in the phillipines and westcliff was easily one of our favourites. Staff are super friendly and go out of their way to help Room is really nice and very stylish Bed very comfy Ac works super well, one of the best I found. Pool is awesome and you basically never have to share it so it often feels very private Wifi was actually a very decent speed and actually very reliable which is very unusual for the phillipines. I would absolutely come back again.

It was a bit hard to find on our first try. We missed the ramp up to the house. You need to leave the main road at the basketball court go straight, right, left and there is a ramp on the right. You habe to go all they way up, there are no signs.
